The social workers there take great care to help and direct people to social services that can benefit them the most.

Unhelpful. Unprofessional. They promised they would help pay my rent. Never did. Never contacted me about it. And because of this I ended up owing double to my apartment complex and am now on a probationary status. If they say they will help you do not believe them. They also took all my information so now they have that for no reason. Don’t help these people with their tax right offs. Not worth it

Ms. Cynthia Simpson & Ms. Mary Allen have helped me & my senior friends with rent/home taxes, SNAP & health benefits, LIHEAP & utilities bills. The ladies are extremely friendly & helpful to help us get all the benefits there are to help us get through our daily life. We are so grateful for their help. And also Ms. Denise. Thank you ladies!
