Its one big joke years ago i be came blind in the 1990s went to get help after all of the paperwork explain the differen program they have in the end i got no help from them at allThe only thing the person told me is money talk and b.s. walk .I wood not send anyone there it was a waste of time .Even to this day Im very upset with them
