My children have been going there for 3 years... I have no compliments.....The staff are very child-oriented, they treat the children like their own. All staff have an extensive amount of experience with children which makes me happy to send my kids there, knowing theyll be safe when Im not around.

They cut kids hair without parents consent and then lie when you confront them. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERE. If I can’t trust my daycare to not cut my child’s hair, how to I trust them to do literally anything else?

This place is beautifully deserving in the West Philadelphia community. Whats more heartwarming are the staff themselves. They clearly show that they are dedicated to their work and steering the children most of all. Kudos to you guys.

They cut my sons hair without consent, then lied about it saying it never happened under their care. However, we have hard evidence that it definitely did. This is a terrible establishment- the staff are liars including upper management. Who did NOTHING to compensate for what they did to my child. How dare you. Not to mention that was his first haircut. If you were going to cut his hair, you could’ve atleast saved us a few pieces. TRASH.

My children attend the day camp here and they love it. Wonderful staff and they are attentive to my children. Any concerns that I have they listen and they take good care of the children in their care.

You allowed someone from your facility to cut a babies hair without their parents consent. Because his hair was in his eyes!? That is no excuse to do that. And not only that, it was his first hair cut and that’s something his parents CAN’T get back. Whoever cut this babies beautiful hair should be ashamed of themselves. To think you could do that and not realize the parent will notice either as his mom came to pick him up and nothing was said. I would NEVER send my child to an establishment that has NO MORALS OR RESPECT.

Everyday a life have to be saved 7 Days out of a week 365 days in a year never count your days are blessings thats facts God Is 👍 all the time wisdom

I took my wife to this place because I grew up in MacKinnon cottage and method is tone for children I want to show where I was from if theres anything I can ever do to support or help this place I want on the feel free to call me Ill do whatever I can I am forever unless that is h*** for childrens debt

If I could give a zero star, I would. Who cuts a childs hair without the parents permission? Id be worried to see what else they let happen.
