The first time I did business with them, I forgot to include onsite shredding. They were extremely understanding of my intern mistake and came back with the shredder. The second time they came back, we decided to do offsite shredding; they were in and out within 5 minutes. Overall, great people to talk to, great company to do business with, highly recommend.
