I have an 75 year old Singer industrial sewing machine that Ive had for twenty-five years. It broke for the first time since Ive acquired it. Its an old friend and I didnt want to replace it. I called two sewing machine companies downtown and they were not even interested in fixing it and when I was almost begging for help, I was spoken to rudely. I then came across and called Keystone Sewing Machine Company, Inc. Spoke with a lovely woman at Keystone and that would be Diana. Immediately she said, yes, we would be happy to look at your machine. When dropping off, I received a kind welcoming and Walter took a quick look and said no problem. I would be happy to fix. Price was reasonable and service with quick, within a week. Thank you to Keystone. You are good people and I give condolences to the young man that carried my machine to the car, who lost his father. I bought a used Consew -199 in 2019 and made my 30st carped with this machine. I believe I got a very good quality machine for a reasonable price and feel that the people are very helpful and nice. We talked on the phone 3 times and closed the deal. Shipping was perfect and my husband and I assembled the table. An industrial sewing machine is very sensitive (bobbin case &tension) I experienced compared to my home machines. However when I figured out how to work it best, it is a true workhorse I do not want to miss. I will use Keystone Sewing Machine Company for service and look forward to a great support again.

Keystone Sewing is a top-notch, upstanding company. I was very sad to find out that Gregg passed away. I had a small issue with a motor, and Diana provided unbelievable customer service. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Purchased a Juki walking foot machine from them two months ago. Was recommended by my friend who used to live near Philly and still does business with them. ..Packed very well. Machine was tested before it left Philly and I have had no problems at all. The servo motor was so quiet that I thought it was not plugged in. Happy with the service and the product. Hopefully I will be needing another machine and I will be back.

Purchased one machine from them and sent two machines in for repairs. Very happy with the way they diagnosed the problems with my machines. One machine had been sent to two other shops, and still was not right. Keystone got it working super fine. The new machine had been all checked over before it was sent to me. They do not sell a box! This is machinery and it has to be checked by someone who knows what they are doing. I feel they have outstanding workmanship, they are professional and very friendly. The five star rating is well deserved.

Can not find many companies around that know their business like Keystone. This is second generation and they know industrial sewing machines . I live about 1,200 miles from Keystone and I have been doing business with them for about 5 or 6 years. Whenever I try someone else I always end up with Keystone even though I would like to deal with someone closer. I would rather send my machine to them for repair and spend the extra for shipping than have someone else ruin my equipment. This is my business & I must keep my machines in good shape.. I have purchased 5 machines from them and have been very pleased with them all.
