I live in the Wynnefield area my house is the 1st house in the alley and my trash OR recycled trash was not picked up today 6/28/21 .I physically walked down the entire alley and everyone of my neighbors trash was collected. I saw a Trash truck 2 Streets over told the Employees that my trash was NOT collected and The Employee told me thats NOT there area .I asked the Employees can they contact the trash truck that work the area. He responded....I dont know which they are....

I would like to know why for the third time my trash/recycling was not picked up. My neighbor next to me was picked up and then the neighbor two houses down was NOT picked up. I guess you can turn your work load in 1/2 if you only pick up every other house. I really dont expect a response, as I never get one dealing with the city. I live in west philly, maybe I should move to the northeast!! Really NO stars.

Thank you for the sanitation services rendered during the Covid-19 crisis over the past 6 months. Service was restored today with rubbish and recycling collected separately in the 19138 zipcode area.

No excuse for not picking up garbage because of rain, because in the same area, garbage was picked up 2 blocks away. Garbage was picked up on the usual trash day.
