They were a headache to deal with from the start. From signing the lease, sloppy half-ass repairs, to just pure neglect of the property. Its a shame to treat such a historic well-built home that way. I shouldve seen the warning signs and kept looking, much better places to be had at that price.

Actually I don’t give this company any Stars. I moved into a property they r suppose to be managing in November of 2017 & I regret it. During business hours nothing gets done then when U try to call after business hours I receive a text saying it’s after business hours we do stop working some time. Vertex Management is soooooo unprofessional & unorganized. West (property manager) has Poor communication skills, bad attitude, doesn’t care about properties or tenants. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Lesson learned. Never again

Dont ever rent with these guys. Completely unprofessional, unable to properly communicate when needed, rude when hearing their explanations. I used these guys for two years, shouldve learned my lesson the first time. Better luck finding it on your own.
