Excellent service and communication!!! Quick response!!! Very honest, friendly and affordable prices from this family owned business!! I called for a termite inspection and they came right out the next day. Only charged us $85 which was much less than some of the other quotes I had received for $150 - $195. Got my report, receipt and certificate immediately after inspection was done. Would highly recommend!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Susans recently when we suddenly had what felt like an army of mice living in the walls of our row home - it was terrifying (despite none of them actually showing their faces outside of the walls until the morning of our appointment).She would have given us a same-day appointment when I called if we were able to make it work but we had too much going on and scheduled it for the next afternoon. Maggie was our technician and did an amazing job. She walked me through exactly what was going to happen after she left (when the mice would start becoming more visible, how theyd react to the bait, etc) and I was still skeptical because there just sounded like there were so many. Well, every single word she said was spot on and after 2 weeks, we stopped hearing all sounds of them and after 4 weeks, Maggie came back for a follow up visit and all signs of life are gone! I am FLOORED at how fast this was resolved!Id give them 7 or 8 stars if I could.

I had two exterminations and I still have roaches. I dont know what formula they use but it doesnt work. The exterminator was very nice though, the service suck!!!

They arrived on time, they charged a fair amount ( extremely happy with the pricing) . They also gave a warranty for a year which other companies didnt. Clearly, the 13 people who rated this company before me have a personal relationship with the owner. This was a waste of $170 for sure! The property was not infested Susan. There was an opening on the outside of the house due to some brick pointing that was needed. A good exterminator was able to notice that right away and fix the problem. You need to learn business manners DEAR.Horrible customer service!!! You just need to speak to the owner, Susan, and you will find out for yourself!

I selected Susans Exterminating because of their awesome reviews and I wanted to deal with a company that was local. They didnt disappoint!! I would highly recommend them for any exterminating job you have. They are on time, courteous, do a very professional job and they charge a very reasonable rate. As long as they are around they will be the only company I use.

Could not be happier with this company! I was having an issue with bees and was having trouble finding someone who would come out. As soon as I called this place they were so helpful, friendly and came out in just a few hours! It was a Friday morning and I assumed they wouldn’t be able to get out until the next week. Nope! They came out quick and got rid of the bees! Need an exterminator?....call them and you will not be disappointed!

Do not recommend for rodent extermination. Dont let good google reviews fool you, call a real professional.I normally like to hire local small businesses but this time it didnt work out even though they have good reviews. Susan was originally very nice on the phone when making the appointment. Her husband came to the house for 20-30 mins, dropped a few poison bags and blocks, stuffed wire mesh in two holes, and gave me a few sticky traps then left. That cost $200. If it worked i would have been ok but it didnt. Not one of the traps used caught even one mouse, they just run around them.I figured it may take some time to work so i gave it a few week but after seeing zero effect i called them back to let them know and see what else can be done. Susan said they can come back for a follow up. I just asked if there was a charge and Susan laughed out loud then became very unprofessional and rude. All i did was ask a question. She said there’s definitely a charge and wanted $70 to come back out for a follow up. Now I understand there is no guarantee in this type of situation but why would i pay additional money when their first $200 visit did absolutely nothing?I could tell she gets similar complaints because of her immediate overreaction when i wasn’t pleased with her work.I cant speak for their insect extermination but based on her unprofessionalism i wouldn’t recommend that either.

First... sorry you have bugs and that youre reading this! My roommate and I had a pest problem and Susan was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring and calming on the phone. We had an initial extermination done in November, and then she advised us to have a follow up spray about 6 weeks later. About seven months later, we had another scare--- very discouraging! I called Susan right away and she sent out Tom to spray again the very next day. He was very thorough and checked the entire house, and the price was extremely reasonable as a returning customer. The business is family owned and you can tell from their customer service that they do care about your bug problem. Would call again (but hopefully not...). Good luck!

I was infested with roaches in my kitchen, they started in a week and kept coming. Susans came out and gelled and sprayed 2 days ago. I saw one dying roach, many dead and havent seen a crawling roach since. THANK YOU SUSANS. You have a customer for life.

I had a patio door installed and the guys left an open gap between the door and the floor allowing mice to come into my residence. I called Susans Exterminating and Susie and her daughter Maggie came out within hours. They are professional, prompt and efficient. Maggie is my hero and restored calmness back into my world by finding and fixing the access by which the mice entered.
