Always have the coolest Halloween costumes. I was trying to beat the crowd and started Halloween shopping early but everything wasnt in yet and the guy told me to come back in 2 weeks and they should have everything you need. But I found something anyway and still may go back in 2 weeks.

Party City is a very nice store to purchase anything like balloons, Halloween costumes or Masquerade parties so I will give it a star rating of 5*****

Manager April was very helpful and attentive as I walked through the doors at 759pm and store closed at 8. I tried to order balloons online and site kept saying they didnt have in stock then would say they were in stock. I was very aggravated however being as though she was so helpful it was finally a pleasure going into a store in philly where staff was helpful. Thanks again!

I ordered balloons to be delivered at my friend’s house for my husband since I am studying out of the country while he is staying in the states. I ordered these balloons to be delivered between 10AM-12PM. I texted my friends at 3PM to see if the balloons were delivered and were told they were not. I had to place an international phone call in order to sort the problem out, and I was told by customer service representative that the driver never showed up for work. Why was I not informed by the company that the balloons were not delivered? Thankfully, the company Ubered the balloons out to my friend’s house; however, more communication needs to be in place.Also, I put in the arrangement directions to arrange the balloons in any manner that looks nice. While I know that these instructions are vague, the balloons were put together in a manner where they were just bundled together at the top and did not look nice.

Interesting place. Halloween is not something fun to make light of. The dripping blood and gore plastic hollowed creature bodies and body parts and costumes here at Party City in Phila are not a light matter

The only saving grace for this place is the manager and a handful of employees.

Was very impressed with the customer service by Charles and April! They were honestly helpful and it felt good to finally receive good customer service. They have online order/curbside pickup which is awesome!!

Cashiers were pleasant. No BATMAN OR SUPERMAN PARTY ITEMS.

There was no line to get in. We were able to walk right up to the balloon counter. But they lost our order. The positive side is the guy that helped was patient an helped recreate the order. They didnt have A-letters so he had to create two. He was great otherwise I would have given a lower rating. Plus they my son a free red balloon for the wait. There was a long line for the other costumers but they were calling next relatively fast. The experience wasnt bad but the parking was horrendous. There was only one lane that could get through a two lane strip. So patience was a little short. But again we were able to get in an out pretty fast other than the mishap. Ill still go back 👍

Great Northeast location has low stock. The online stock numbers are inaccurate. Thankfully someone called me the day before I was going to pick up my balloon order to let me know they didnt have one of the balloons I already purchased but they were still a little harsh on the phone overall. Three stars though for giving me a heads up instead of surprising me the day of!

Its what you would expect from party city, its in a great location with many stores all in walking distance the Roosevelt mall is just a few minutes away n a Nicks Roast Beef just across the street.

I ordered my costume online and they took the money but didnt have the costume. Held my money for a week before finally releasing it. Ordered a second costume and didnt have the right size. Took a week to release my money again. Website needs to be updated more often. Inside the store was horrible.

I went to buy a costume for my grandson. They have a huge selection to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is the go to store if your thoughts are P-A-R-T-Y.

Stood in check out line for 15 minutes while manager stood talking with two employees blowing balloons up and was hot in store then only cashier was on phone inquiring about order to be delivered today for helium !!! Not good at all !!

Took my daughter to the Cottman Avenue store yesterday evening to pick-upsome balloons for one of her friends. Decided on three designs. Told the balloon girl our choices and took the slip to the cashier while she filled the balloons. By the time we got home one of the balloons was starting to loose helium!! Because we had already left the store I felt we had no recourse to return them because the managers could say we damaged the balloon ourselves. This morning found that one completely on the floor. One of the other balloons appears to be loosing helium as well. It hasnt even been 24 hours yet!!!! I dont have any proof that any maliciousness was involved with this purchase however two balloons loosing helium seems suspect to me. My daughter is totally disappointed. I have never had an issue with balloons from other establishments. Will never, ever go to this store again!!

Small selection of things. This older man that was virtually a Vet came in looking for something in particular and the associate wasnt very helpful. I helped him find something since they didnt have exactly what he was looking for. His son was coming home from Iraq for his retirement. They should have helped him better. Help the elderly. If youre lucky one day you will be too.

This store is a hit or miss! Sometimes its super stocked, sometimes its empty. But great place to start, great place to get balloons, and also I received terrible customer service from one employee and then stellar customer service from another...so yeah, it can be clutch!

I was so dissatisfied with the staff not my check out associate. When arrived a Caucasian couple was purchasing balloons who was able to pay for their balloons I was told to pay for my balloons before I would be service. I hope it is not because Im black

Way too expensive. the only reason I kept coming here was because the old manager was a very nice and professional old man. the new manager is this very rude old lady, who expects you to immediately find what you want and chases you around the store, basically kicking you out of the place.Seriously, just go to Target. its literally right behind this place and you can find everything you can here over there, but way cheaper. I would not recommend this store, I wont be going here ever again. visit only if you like unprofessionalism and nasty attitudes!

I visited Party City around Halloween it was very packed but the staff was very hopeful and everything was neat and clean and in place so it was a great experience will definitely be going back.

Just bought a 100$ Michael Myers mask online for Halloween and the cashier skipped me in line and rung up the next person, then decided to give me my mask in a tied up plastic bag... why wouldn’t you just hand me the mask or bag it in front of me? It was a 30$ Michael Myers mask that I NEVER ordered or even seen! Terrible service, you had one job to do and couldn’t even do it .... now I gotta come back again.

The customer service sucks and the manager does not respect his customers. I usually shop the Party City store in Moorestown NJ and love it to shop there. But this time I went to this store in Northeast Philadelphia and rented a helium tank. When I returned the tank that was half full they told me that I have damaged the blowing nozzle. In their contract it was not mentioning the way how you should transport the tank and I explained the manager that I did know that I had to remove the the blowing nozzle out of the tank when I transport it. The manager acted all arrogant and rude by saying that he doesnt care and I should pay for the damage. I explained to him that is not a problem for $16 but you should let the customers know how to transport it. This manager was really rude and does not know the meaning of the customer satisfaction. Anyway I had a bad experience and I do not recommend anybody renting helium tanks from this place. Better buy your own tank because it will cost you less. I will never shop to this store again.

I got my daughter 21st birthday party staff from there. There was no staff on the sale floor to help you. Some of the prices was high. And they didnt have alot of things for 21 year old
