If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Frist, the company has more than one name. I should have followed my instincts when I went to make the 1st down payment on the black acrylic circle wall, which was to be used as a backdrop at my 5-16-21 wedding. Since I truly wanted to support small business and businesses of color, I did not follow my instincts! When the owner looked confused about signing standard documents from my venue I should have been tipped off, but I proceeded anyway. They did not show up on time for my wedding claiming that the truck broke down. They did not call to let me or the venue know this and only responded because we called (during pictures with the photographer). They showed up 30 minutes before the ceremony but did not have the clamps for the circle wall! The venue banned them from their site and we received a full refund. Now, the refund was fine but we also payed our florist to decorate the wall too so we still loss money. Please read this review and others before contracting with this company! Theyre horrible, they dont know their email address, and the name of the company is not the name that is listed on the storefront property! Buyer beware!!!!!!

This was my first time and last time booking with them. Im a event planner in the Philadelphia area I booked the baby letter table the table letters was tore on the side they just painted them because they was still wet had the Hall smelling like paint the plastic on to was a mess all scratched up with paint on them they was suppose to arrive for drop off between 1230 -1pm they never called until I called them at 120 they said they where 20 min away but didnt show up until 210 and came to pic up late horrible experience.

I rented the game truck for 4 hours. My daughters party began at 4pm. We had to wait for about 20mins for the the systems to update. We got on the bus and the tv that had (roblox) which was the theme of my daughters party wasnt working.I spoke with the operator who pretended to try and fix it after almost 2 hours was told that it couldnt be played because of WiFi in my area? I was never given an apology or extra time for the inconvenience! I sent several messages and called to speak with someone about my experience but no one responded back. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY..........

Do not use this company 😤😤😤 they made my grandson 8th birthday the worst birthday he has had. The video bus was suppose be here at 5p.m this little video bus came at 8:30. And at the kept saying is I’m Sorry 😩😩😤😤 Sorry for a child birthday.

One of the best companies Ive ever booked with and I always throw big over the top parties their customer service is excellent I booked the game truck obstacle course cotton candy and snow cone machine every thing was clean in like new condition the kids enjoyed every min of it my daughter and where late to her own party due to my seamtress but the gentleman who operated the truck stayed longer free of charge he said he wanted her to enjoy her day I almost cried seriously tht was a blessing

Horrible experience, my friend is currently having her sons birthday and it’s a disaster. Only one TV is working, the other three do not work!! The man that was taking care of her was very argumentative! He was arguing back with my friend. He currently has 2 children watching the truck he has left for over half an hour and hasn’t returned. There are over 10 children currently upset. There is only 1 remote currently working. My friend is upset because her sons 8th birthday is ruined. The lady over at the office was even worse to communicate with!! Please do not book these monsters!!!!

Worst customer service ever. They must be paying people to write good reviews or family members. Showed up late. Was gagged out my money! Sounds like a 15 year old handling business. Every time I asked questions she had to call someone and call me back! Dont spend money here! There are cheaper and better places around. U dont always get what u pay for.

Great Service reasonable prices I book the game truck moonbounce and two concession with bouncy on wheels for a 10th fortnite theme birthday party they came with a very clean truck and equipment their own wifi ready to use sinceFirtnite is played online which other more expensive companies did not provide tht was one of the reason I booked they keep the children entertained for hours the moon bounce was very safe and clean the cotton candy and snow cone concession where a great hit at the party two gentlemen assisted with everything the guy who runs the truck was awesome my daughter party ran a lil bit off schedule lol we were behind running late but I spoke with him and he agreed to stay longer at no additional charge I would have never gotten tht type ok f Treatment with the other companies I called it was a great experience for being til end

DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! I booked them (game truck) for my son’s 8th birthday party. My time was from 3-5. The truck shows up at 3 and still had to set up. The driver/operator seemed high on weed or something and his crewmen (2 little boys no older than 11) took about 15 minutes to get ready. Finally the truck was ready to go... except it wasn’t. TWO of the screens did not work and a few of the games that I SPECIFICALLY asked for and was told were available were not there. Fast forward to 4:15, the guy went to the store to get a new USB cord but the outside screen STILL did not work smh. So I had 13 6,7&8yr olds bored and fighting over controllers. It was a disaster. Then he had the nerve to have an attitude when I told him all of this would be deducted from his fee. You cannot expect payment for services NOT rendered. Terrible company. I had referred them 3 of my friends for other events but have since told them to find an alternate company because this one is a SHAM!!
