We feel so lucky that they were available, as they were absolutely wonderful to work with from the very first contact through delivering our photos to us within a week of the wedding. John and Heidi worked with us to design our own template for the photo prints, and it looked perfect. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We hired Old City Photo Booth for our wedding this past weekend, and it was the best decision we could have made!! John and Heidi were so responsive and easy to work with from the moment I first contacted them. They had a wide variety of options for back drops - we requested their gold one, and it was so nice and perfect for the venue/theme!! We also requested props in a specific color range, and they happily accommodated, providing a wide variety of super fun props! They also worked with me to create a custom photo template. They created 6 different versions based on my requests (it was so hard to decide!), and the final one we chose was absolutely perfect. At the event, they had a station where guests could email their pictures to themselves which was so nice! So many of our guests posted their photo booth pictures on social media sites after the wedding! They also provided us with a link 2 days after our wedding with all of the pictures - they were so much fun to look through!! Additionally, they already had the USB ready to send with all of the pictures. Overall, working with Old City Photo Booth and John and Heidi was a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding or event!

Old City Photobooth was an absolute hit at our wedding and we could not have been happier with their service and professionalism. They set up well in advance of the actual reception so they were ready when the party started. They had lots of fun props to use and customized backgrounds and photo templates. They even allowed guests to input email addresses right after taking pictures so they could enjoy digital copies as well as the physical pictures. My husband and I recently used Old City Photo Booth for our 80th Birthday Bash (a joint 40th) and they were top-notch! Heidi and John are so professional, accommodating and accessible! They were organized at the event and brought awesome props for the photo booth. And John is a DJ and played a mixture of songs that were exactly what we were looking for. We benefited from John & Heidis services at our wedding reception in the countryside of Québec. They were great! Very professional from the beginning to the end.
