Awesome place to host meetings, Great place to have temporary to dedicated offices. Staff is very friendly and professional especially Jordan, the owner Mark is very attentive as well.
We moved our office to Intelligent Office when we realized that COVID would be with us for awhile. The best thing about IO is the cheerful and professional staff. They are super flexible. We get A LOT of mail, some with clients names, but not ours. They figured out how to make sure we get all the dribs and drabs. We havent met with clients there, but would be proud to as its an attractive and professional setting. Highly recommended!

Mark and his team provide five star services at Intelligent Office Philly. I have been a tenant at IO for 6 years or so and have never been more satisfied with any other rental space than here. The people who work at IO- Philly are quick, responsive, intelligent and super good at finding creative solutions to meet my ever-changing business needs. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat and think it would be hard to find the same level quality services they provide anywhere else in the city.

My cast members and I needed a place to do a table read and rehearse for an upcoming musical after normal business hours. I did some research and decided Intelligent Office had the most reasonable pricing and space options, so we went through with them and had the best experience! They kindly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the office and accommodations in the space. We utilized their large conference room and were so pleased with the space and internet speed. Having access to the Apple TV was also a plus. I highly recommend IO.. I don’t know what other places offer after hours office space. It was quiet and made it easy for us all to get work done. Im so sorry I didnt find this group sooner. Super professional, friendly, proactive, deliver more than they promise. I need help with organizing banking info, financials, answering calls in a super pro manner, email communications, scanning, paying bills, etc. There are many law and other professionals here. Its a perfect situation for smaller business owners who dont need a full-time person but still need highest quality work, reasonable pricing (you only pay for the time you use). Highest recommendation.
Great Service. We use the virtual receptionist services and our calls are always answered with professionalism and courtesy. Saves us lots of time from having to listen to recorded messages on our voicemail with all of the contact information and the customer need noted in a concise email if we are too busy to take the call. Highly recommend.
Two words to describe the Intelligent Office staff: Consistently Exceptional. As a full-time office user in our companys Philadelphia location for the past five years, I could not ask for a more positive, accommodating team of professionals to assist with managing all of my business needs. Ive visited other shared office spaces and the IO staff are the only ones who provide service 24/7! From providing live receptionist service to actively screen my calls, to assisting with all of my administrative and meeting needs, to providing curbside delivery service when Ive been unable to find parking and needed something from my office---this team is incomparable. Performance reflects leadership and Mark does a great job at the helm. Jordan is indescribably wonderful and she is complimented even further by an incredible supporting cast in Emily, Jeremy and Allison. They make my small business function as a huge conglomerate and I would be remiss not to acknowledge all their support. Keep up the great work guys and dolls!

My company has an office in the suburbs, but we needed a conference room downtown for an event. The offices are very nice and the staff is very friendly.My only complaint is that we had booked the room starting at 8:30, and no one was answering the phones to allow us to be let up to the offices until 8:45. Most of the people who were going to be at the meeting were late anyway, so it didnt matter, but if Im paying for space from a specific time, I expect to have it available at that time.I would use them again.
Ive been here for over a year now and everything has always been nothing but GREAT for us. My only complaint is that theres nothing to complain about hahahaha.Great staff, amazingly friendly, and very welcoming.

Shared office spaced used by barely credible companies such as Free Phones in Philly. Dont go to the office space at suite 1005, receptionist coughs with bronchitis the whole time you sit around the waiting room. I never experienced such unprofessionalism anywhere else.
