AEC is exceptional! I recently started my business and began renting a virtual office space. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. Even though I am not there on a daily basis, it truly does feel like you rent a regular space with them- from staff remembering your name and making your clients feel like it is YOUR office. I hope to continue expanding my business and have my office there full time!

What a great experience from this site and Ramon Vaughan the General Manager has been awesome. From the moment I walked in this office I felt welcomed and I knew I found a home in which I could have events and office space that was classy, and professional looking that had a warm welcome feeling to it. We have had one event here so far and I have nothing to complain about. Ramon made sure our event was a success and he also made the group feel very welcomed and received which is all anyone could ask for. We are looking very forward to having a long lasting relationship with the group and looking very forward to growing our businesses together in the future. Bravo AEC you are the best!

I cant say enough good things about the General manager, Alanna Blitz, Monica Gwiazda, (Business Support Services Manager) and the support staff here at 1515 Market Street. My office is kept clean, quiet, and productive. Besides the usual tasks (letters, copying, scanning, etc.) the staff attends meetings and no task is ever too much trouble for them to tackle. Im always greeted with a smile. Keep up the good work Alanna and Monica. Mulhern Electric will be happy to renew our lease when the time comes.

I have been impressed with the staff and the courteous, professional treatment, the high quality assistance and the rapid response we receive to any issues. The office is conveniently located, and the space is first rate. I highly recommend it.

I have had an office there for several years, and it has been fantastic. Facilities are excellent. Professional and tasteful. Staff is awesome. They are extremely efficient, very courteous and professional to all of my clients, and just a pleasure to work with. I am a solo practitioner, but the whole experience makes me feel like part of a much larger team, with plenty of support. I highly recommend it.

My experience at the AEC office in Philadelphia has been excellent. The staff have been very helpful and cooperative. The atmosphere is professional and collaborating to get work done has been easy and the product has been well done. I highly recommend it as a place from which to do business. The other professionals renting there have been courteous and friendly as well.

My company currently leases an office suite at this location and we are more than pleased! Ramon, Robin and the rest of their team that have worked here since I started in December 2016 have been fantastic. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, easy to talk to, and great with communication when it comes to mail, packages that are delivered here, reserving executive suites, and just general info. Whenever I forget my key in the morning, Robin has always been here to let me in. The breakroom is always clean and organized, and just overall I have nothing negative to say about their work here and I would take them with me when my company moves spaces at the end of the year if I could!

I have been a part of this group now for 5 years, and as I have always been proud to state, I have never had a bad day at the office!! I do a lot of ADR Mediations and Arbitrations and always feel confident that the rooms are ready, my clients or guests are treated with respect, and my work is important to the office staff which then reflects well on my business. The staff, from the receptionist to the paralegals to the office manager, are simply top notch: responsive, courteous, festive, respectful, professional and responsible. The accommodations are perfect for business with modern technology and a friendly atmosphere. I have made, and will continue to make, recommendations to many other lawyers relative to using AEC!

IF YOU OWN A SMALL BUSINESS, BEWARE! My small company rented two small interior rooms from AEC for a year. When it was time to move out, we gave them 54 days notice, but since it wasnt 60 days notice, they SUED US FOR $30k! We even offered over $7,000 (more than a thousand dollars for every day that the notice was late) to settle the case, but they wont stop. If I tried to pull a technicality like this to screw my clients, they would put me out of business, and I hope the same thing happens to American Executive Centers. A company that caters to small businesses has to be more reasonable or word will get around.

AEC-Center City is an incredibly great office to work. My attorney and I have been clients at this site about a year in January. The staff makes us feel very comfortable and always makes sure our needs are met. There are always festive spreads and weekly treats for the tenants. Ramon is an awesome manager, always in great spirits, friendly, and hardworking. The receptionists and paralegal are so vibrant along with postive energy! I highly recommend American Executive Center- Center City.

I couldnt be more positive on AEC as a 13 year tenant in the Center City office location. In short, AEC should be on the short-list for any executive suite search, whether in Center City or PA/NJ suburbs. AEC offers a range of in-office and virtual options, with the AEC office location serving as home base in either case. The Center City office suite, located in the 1515 Market Street office building, is well-appointed, and offers a range of office sizes as well as meeting/collaboration spaces. As importantly, the AEC team is top-notch...highly competent, timely and very friendly. The Center City office couldnt be more centrally located, across the street from City Hall (and fantastic newly-restored Dilworth and Love Plazas), and in the heart of central business district with an easy walk to any downtown destination and beyond, via SEPTA (the El or Regional Rail) as well as multiple off-street parking options. AEC offers several other locations in the western suburbs and South Jersey.

American Executive Centers suits my very particular needs for virtual office space in a downtown location, thereby keeping my costs minimal and consistent. They do offer all of the support services that anyone directing a larger office might need. But if you do not require these services, they are not obnoxiously upsold on you. I am quite satisfied with my monthly tenancy at AEC. They do offer 24/7 actual space if you need it. The staff is second to none. I appreciate all of the staff for their kindness and attention; especially Amanda Slovak, who in my opinion goes above and beyond the normally excellent service already provided. If she cannot get it done, then it cannot be done. So, thank you to her.

A+++In October this year I used the support staff to have a client sign and then deliver closing documents for a sale while I attended an arbitration. Despite some communication difficulties with the elderly client, the Staff went above and beyond the call of duty by not only getting the documents signed sealed and delivered but also getting the clients check to her, all while I was out of the office. Amanda and the rest of the staff performed like rock stars! I would highly recommend them and I will certainly use them again in the future!
