I have been coming here since I was 15 years old maybe and I’ve always loved the staff here. From the front desk receptionist to the dental assistant and my doctor. They’re always nice and gentle and ask a lot of questions to make sure all of your issues are taken care of. If your not a patient here you might want to reconsider.

They need to be fired immediately Ive been calling them since they open and every time the person answered the phone they hang up on me. Prompting me to have to call them again this is ridiculous.

Very unprofessional front staff always on cell phones or talking amongst one another while watching people standing in line to check in they are always canceling your appointments without a courtesy call

Yaseen was amazing, he made me feel comfortable and he was very polite. I would recommend that everyone should come to this site. Everyone was very professional. I think management for teaching and showing their staff how to be patient.

You are better off going to the city public health clinics than to go there. I sat in there office for 2 hours and never got waited on. I left after suffering they kept putting others in front of me. Patient Be ware........ You really better off going SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Dr. Nguyen and Yaseen the dental assistant ..I will start with the dental assistant...he was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, CLASSY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HIS MANNERISMS ARE AN ASSET. HE EXPRESSED CONCERN AND HIS DELIVERY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE LIKE THERE WAS KNOW DOUBTS FOR A PATIENT TO HAVE. HE DEFINITELY is going places...As for the Dr 100% 1ST CLASS WORK MADE ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE PROCEDURE ...AMINATA AND TIFFANY AT THE FRONT DESKARE DEFINITELY THE FINEST PART OF WALKING THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR ....AWESOME CREW TO EXPERIENCE FOR SUCH AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE...I work in QA and Presentation ..Delivery.. Yaseen the dental assistant and Dr.Zeni were very helpful and insightful during my visit. They explained everything in detail so much so that I had no questions before leaving. The dentist office is usually an unpleasant place for me to be but they were very hospitable and showed concern for my dental health and I look forward to my next visit with them.

I visited the dental office today and had a wonderful experience. The staff from the front desk to me sitting in the chair for my check up. Yaseen and Dr.Zeni were excellent, made me feel comfortable and provided me with information that I needed about my own dental health. I would definitely refer people to this dental office.

Horrible experience today was my first time first day calling over there and it was completely extremely horrible the person on the phone was impatient very impatient and was very rude.

Overhead light had body fluid on it, dentist tried to bill me after my cleaning but he didnt say it wasnt covered on my insurance, and dentist also had zero treatment options other than fixing my faulty composite filling with a toxic mercury filling. Never again.

Had a chipped tooth instead of filling it or making a semi mold we just filled the tooth to make it look like the other. Yup front teeth looks great cant even tell anything was done.

This place does not deserve 1 star. Rude and unprofessional staff. They gave me an appointment and even call to remind me to show up. When I show up they said doctor is not actually their yet so they have to reschedule. Save your time and go somewhere else. GPHA has the worst service as a whole. Avoid them at all cost.

The wait is too long to get into a room and while in a room that wait for the doctor is too long as well. The attitudes most of the people have here is unacceptable. The fact that information is sent to them and when called to be confirmed just to be told they havent received it, especially when its been sent more than twice, unacceptable.

My experience was horrible. They did mot help me at all. They said i would have to make another apt which was 3 months away. My apt was at 1:30 I didn’t get seen til 3 and they only told me what i told them

Customer service is not good! The toy room for children looks like a hole in the wall with just three toys available, I guess because toys grow legs and walk out. Service is slow.
