GraySquare is an amazing company to work for! I’ve been interning here for the last 5 months and it has been such an incredible experience. They have guided me to learn new skills that will help me in my future career while still giving me creative freedom to try out my own ideas. The people who work here really want you to succeed and push you to do your best, which is something I’m really grateful for. Deceptive Job Description on CareerBuilder. This company posts Customer Service Representative positions all over the Internet when the position is actually SALES & MARKETING. The fact that they have to put positions online as a Customer Service Representative position should tell you all that you need to know about what they stand for. These two positions are different. If youre looking for guaranteed INCOME for yourself, skip this job.

The people are amazing here and their student mentality and hunger to be successful is outstanding. Only concerns I had working here the past two weeks is it’s 10 hour shifts everyday with some days you have to take 15 minutes only for breaks which is illegal according to OSHA. There’s no overtime pay and OSHA requires you to do that.. it should also be $300 plus commission or give an hourly pay plus commission bc some weeks you are essentially working for free... they also don’t give you a liability contract for driving people who don’t have cars and gosh forbid you get into an accident and someone gets hurt in the car that’s on you for liability purposes and you could get sued... overall, I really did like working here just those two were my major concerns with this company but everyone was a joy to work with and it was fun working with most ppl out in the fields! I do think there just needs to be minor adjustments but overall if you do want growth and opportunity and motivation this is the place to go! Thank you for the opportunity guys and good luck!!

I applied for the Customer Service Representative-Entry Level position on ZipRecruiter. I got to the second interview to find out they want me as a sales person.The worst thing was she was rude and trying to convince me that I got it wrong and that those two are one same position. Trying to sell me some stories how I am the one who needs to be more flexible and take the position I did not apply for. The job is to stand in a places like Walmart and sell Verizon to people.Lies and a wasted of time.

The environment/Culture of this place is so amazing. It’s warm and welcoming! I love the opportunity they have to offer and the growth you can have when working with Gray Square. Also I love the way everyone gets along with everyone. These last 7 month working here have been the best 7 months ever. From traveling and meeting new people to helping people here at home. You become apart of the family and most importantly you’re not an employee you’re a partner. You opinion and feelings matter here unlike your typical 9-5 job.I highly recommend this opportunity to everyone. Once you get offered the opportunity to become a partner TAKE IT!

GraySquare has an awesome culture! Everyone is like family and they want only the best for you. Like any other job, you need to work hard, but the managers makes sure you are never left behind.

The culture is great here very different then most jobs. The warmth and welcoming feeling everybody gives you is what really stood out the most to me. The ability to move up quickly and get into a leadership position isn’t common, most 9-5 jobs wouldn’t even look at the person who didn’t have the experience to move up. Me personally I came from Delaware I worked at a Walmart and really wanted to move up the leader of leadership and got denied multiple times and had several set backs, ran into a manager there that works at GreySquare and he liked my charisma and willingness to talk to people. Came here with absolutely NO sales experience at all and everybody gave me the opportunity I’ve been looking for. Love it here. My hard work here defiantly stands out, gets noticed, and gets rewarded.
