Without exception, the quality of service he provides is unmatched, and I would refer all to take advantage of this worthy small business.There is a similar retailer just 1 block from my home, that in practicality could be more convenient in significant ways. However, driving 10+ blocks to support a neighborhood gem like this is a no-brainer.

Owner is great, real old fashioned customer service. I made the mistake of sending a package from a different place ended up getting package back after multiple futile attempts to talk to an actual human on phone or computer. Will stick with NLMS from now on.

I have been using Northern Liberties Mailbox Store for at least 5 years. Mike and his store are fixtures of the neighborhood. I am a loyal customer because of the great customer service. I remember several years ago I needed to send a package; I went to the post office and had a comically horrible experience - no packing materials, no one to help, etc. Since then, I switched to NoLibs Mailbox and havent looked back. Mike always helps me with packaging gifts and things that I am sending. I also always get my packages delivered here because I cannot stand going to the UPS or FedEx stores for pick up (again, memories of a terrible experience at that God-awful pick up site in South Philly that is exactly like that Broad City episode...).

Please let your customers know when the store is closed during regularly listed “open” hours like today. This is the second time I had to wait for a package for two extra days due the fact that this business was closed on a Saturday when it is listed as open from 10am- 2pm. Send an email.

Much quicker and more efficient than the post office. Come with your package and the shipping address and theyll do all the work from there.
