This is the worst Lowe’s in the Philadelphia area. Staff are never at their post (especially in the appliance section) and you have to wait for 20 mins for them to get there after another staff member pages them to help the customers. If you’re a business person like myself and need fast and clear service. Go to the Lowe’s in Havertown PA

I had a wonderful experience with the garden center staff they were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable and when one young man didn’t know the answer he made sure to connect me with someone who did and helped me connect with another to help load in my car. Outstanding service and great selection and close to an awesome goodwill too for donating and finding good stuff!! Highly rate the garden center for sure here at Lowe’s! Helped me make my back yard garden a success and helped me start my rooftop garden!

Lowe’s of west Philadelphia is hands down is the worst! They are unorganized, the customer service is terrible they don’t answer the phone. The third party delivery company they use is useless. They don’t honor any time for delivery given, the drivers look and act like harden criminals. I will never purchase anything from them again. They are of no use to the community or the city as a home store. I hope that location go out of business. If it was some negative stars to give I would give them 100 of them.

This bag ban could be handled much better. They let you purchase what ever you want and then leave it there on the counter and say we dont have any bags!! Extremely unprofessional.. I ended up holding up the line trying to gather my items. A paper bag or complimentary cloth bag would of been much better!! A long standing customer lost due to LIES, DECEIT, AND THIEF!Order details:Recently ordered a impact wrench from the W. Philadelphia store. I purchased the item online and received confirmation email that the company took my money and was told to wait for email informing me that the item was ready for pickup. Later the same day, the email that the order was ready came. I decided to go in the next day for the item, because the email stated: Lowe’s Pickup Policy - We’ll hold onto your item(s) in our pickup area for 7 days. Any item(s) not picked up within this time will be canceled.Pickup details:When I arrived, I was told to wait as they went looking for my items. The items were not in their designated pick up area beside customer service, as stated in the email. After waiting nearly half an hour, it was determined that my order was not in store. As Im typing, the website STILL shows available inventory of the missing items within the store, yet nothing was done by customer service to correct the issue. I inquired as to my ability to have the item shipped to me, even though I had already showed up to pick up the item, however I was told that was not an option. No effort was made to rectify the problems leading to the issue itself, or any attempt to find resolution to my order.As of right now, I have an outstanding order with Lowes. They have my money, and will not give me the items ordered.

This Lowe’s is the worst store of all the stores in this area. If you are a professional I would advise going to another location and avoiding this particular store at all cost. The extra time you spend traveling will be made up by another store actually having the item you are looking for on the shelf. This store is 10 mins from my location but from now on I will travel to the Aramingo store. The manager of this branch should be replaced, the store is run horribly!! And it’s not just the workers, most are polite. The issues with keeping inventory on the shelf at this branch is mind boggling, other store have the same stuff available.

Worst Store ever and will never order/shop here again or recommend it to anyone. Bought a Refrigerator online July 25th and was suppose to have been delivered between 8am-Noon August 6th. 11:20am or so Delivery Driver says will be there in 10mins. 10mins later calls and says are outside, tell Him will be right down. Go outside no Van, no Delivery People no nothing. Call Him back and He tells me He waited 5mins had 20 other Deliveries and I had to re-schedule. BS! Wasnt 5mins from the time He called till I called Him back. Delivery is suppose to be rescheduled for the next Day between 8am-Noon. Next Day I get a phone call oh We cant make the Delivery today. The Refrigerator just made it back to the Store. Ask to speak to a Manager and explain what happened. Manager apologizes for me being lied to by the Driver and for being given false information about to being delivered the next Day. Soonest I could get it delivered was Wednesday. Offered Me use of their Lift Truck if I wanted to come and pick up the item. Was also told there had been issues with 2 other Deliveries that Week. This was Saturday when was told all this. South Philly had 12 of the items in stock where it was suppose to come from in the 1st place since that is the Store of choice I selected. South Philly could deliver it the next Day but the Ticket/Delivery had to be canceled by the West Philly store first then could do a phone order and have the next Day. West Philly store couldnt cancel the order. Had to call Corporate on Sunday, have them cancel the order then do the phone order with South Philly. Refrigerator was brought out by South Philly on Monday. South Phillys Service, Customer Service and Delivery Service is far superior. Avoid the West Philly Store at all costs!

Ok heres a story - about a month ago I bought a shower door at 1500 N 50th St, Philadelphia Lowes. Delivery date was set for July 5th or 6th. On July 6th a delivery man called and said hes on his way. Thats it, he didnt mention anything apart from saying he is on his way to my house. An hour later he arrived, and even before opening the door he said there is something strange about my order - he opened the truck and showed me three wooden doors. He said it looked strange to him as well, and when asked why did he drive all the way to my house instead of asking me over the phone, he said - he wanted me to see it with my own eyes. Weird. Anyway, I didnt pay too much attention and asked him whats next. He said his dispatcher will call me tomorrow morning to reschedule delivery. Ok. I was disappointed, but mistakes happen. What happened next was even weirder. No one called me a day later. I couldnt get Lowes on the phone, and the product was marked as DELIVERED on Lowes website. I drove to the branch, and after 30 minutes with customer service they said they have no clue where the shower door is and that theyll call me back in a couple of hours. Five days later, and still no news. What the HELL???? Anyway, I was a Home Depot customer for years, thought Ill give Lowes a chance... Big mistake. I wonder if I was scammed by the delivery company or is there a complete chaos at this specific store? Probably a bit of both.

We had a refrigerator delivered. Our kitchen floor slopes. We asked the deliverymen to use the level in our mobile phone to measure the slope on the refrigerator.We dont do that.We asked them to tilt the fridge and screw down the refrigerator legs to make the fridge level.We dont do that.We gave him a one inch board that we used under our old refrigerator to keep it level. We asked them to put the board under the new fridge.We dont do that.We explained that we requested a fridge door that opens on the right. The new fridge door opened on the left. Would you switch the door hinge for us?We dont do that.We had hoped for better service. If someone asks us if we shop at Lowes? We will say.We dont do that.

I go to Lowes West Philadelphia as it is close, but I have terrible customer service every time. Went last week to buy a new $1200 LG washer. App said it was in stock at W. Philly and havertown both. W. Philly appliance rep said it wasnt in stock at any lowes and seemed angry when I showed her that it was listed in stock on the app & website. Claimed to check in back and check other stores and said it was out of stock. I asked, even at havertown? Its not available in Havertown, she insisted. I asked to see 2 others and she claimed those were also out, then told me she was on break. I drove to Havertown where the LG I wanted was, in fact, in stock. Bought it and had it installed 2 days later. Havertown rep checked for me and said it was in stock in W. Philly.Against my better judgement, I went back to W. Philly Lowes yesterday to get a power saw. Asked 2 different employees for help, both flat out refused (claimed they didnt work in tools but wouldnt help me find someone who did). Finally selected 2 saws of equal price and asked an employee which was better. He said, eeny-meeny, that one, and recommended the Kobalt brand over the Craftsman. Turns out the wireless Kobalt does not come with a battery or charger so I am the way to return it.Avoid the Lowes like the plague--go a different location or, like me from now on, go to Home Depot.

Im a painter. I hate buying paint from the box stores. To my surprise it was a pleasant experience. The paint guy was very helpful and polite. He got me in and out fast and efficiently. I had to match 5 colors and it was done perfectly. Good job Lowes!

I had the worse experience at Lowe’s. I own The Collar Club and The Barkyard. I had to get 20 50 pound bags of sand. No one every came to help even though I requested it. I had to not only load my own cart, but push 1000 pounds by myself as male staff watched. I never seen anything like it in my life. My body paid for it days after.

Been waiting for a washer machine for weeks they change the date and day every time they tell us it’s going to be delivered !!!! I’m starting to believe it’s not in stock ! This is amess this they last time fooling around if it’s not here on Friday at the time stated I will be getting a refund. I need my washer!!! I advise you not to shop here at all.

This store is clean and stocked well but its so hard to get help on the floor. I waited a half-hour to get assistance with lighting. I grabbed an employee from another department, to ask him to locate the person from lighting, and he said he could try to help me. The bulbs he told me to purchase were incorrect but I appreciated his help. He was very friendly as are the other employees but the wait time for assistance is ridiculous.

This store is a joke, trying to contact someone on the phone, was left on hold for 45 minutes, was hung up on by 3 different people in 3 different departments - absolutely 0 help just to get someone to find my order, which Fed Ex shows was delivered just 3 days ago. I ask to speak to a manager and I get hung up on again - who the hell is running this joke of a store?

They wont let my mom return but when I go, they approved the return. Very disrespectful and possibly discriminate. Customer service in general are lazy and not patient when you in need of help.

We were here to pickup up an air conditioner that wed ordered online. Got the notification that our order was ready and five to the store. Walked into the store, the pickup desk was immediately to our left. Showed the people there are receipt and... Not only was the order ready and waiting, they put it on a dolly, wheeled it out to our car, put it in the car and.... Could not have been easier it more pleasant.

Customer service was horrible. Called once I arrived for curbside pick up and was told they were very busy and it would be a long wait. And to come in. What’s the point of contact less shopping then if I have to come in? While inside the rep didn’t understand my order and kept trying to give me a different mirror than the one I purchased. Finally, someone else did find my order. But the most troubling thing that happened was that customer service actually waited on a man without a face mask. They should’ve refused his service because I had to wait beside him for several minutes. Being as though I was expecting curbside pick up, then was told to come in, only to be forced to share air with a customer refusing to wear a mask. That is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to your store.Ps. I just checked on google and it states that masked are required for all. So it’s not being enforced.

This Store is probably the worst lowes in the area. Its sad because I worked at this store for 5 years when it opened. I waited in line for 20 min to be told be the cashier to move over to the next line because her scan gun wasnt working and then waited another ten min until I left the store. They had 2 cashiers on self checkout and that to was backed up because they couldnt help customers without the assistance of a Head cashier. That never showed up. I will continue to drive pass this store to South Philly or the Aromango Stores.

05/17/2021 Monday 12:45. It has been one hour waiting for aluminum cap. Forklift driver keep saying he is bringing it. No body care about it. This location is terrible. If not necessary be away.

Have had good experiences with in-store employees if you can find one. DO NOT use them for installation, or call the store when they no-show, unless you enjoy wasting your time & $.

Went there to pick up a grill a pre-ordered for curbside. I winded up waiting about 2 hours before actually getting it(after going inside and personally asking for it). Only reason its 2 stars instead of 1 is a worker went out of his way to get me a discount for my wait.

Needs more lighting inside the place is dark, next time i go there Ill bring a flashlight.

This Lowes is not a particular favorite of mine. Its always hard to find an associate to assist you, and when you do find one its not their department. Some of the associates are not knowledgeable about item(s) in the department that they work in. Furthermore, some of the associates are less than pleasant and probably shouldnt be work with the public.

I’ve been waiting on the washing machine for three months every day they tell me it’s going to be delivered in the next day and it’s never delivered. Every time I call it’s half an hour waiting before someone talks to me. And whenever I go into the store no one ever helps.
