Staff is friendly and efficient with keeping the place clean. Washers and dryers are maintained and a substantial amount to use. Hours are good wish it was 24 hrs again and prices are good and has free dry

Large laundromat. Adequate washer sizes for all loads. Its ran by some Asians so they dont talk to you too often. 😢

My boyfriend recommended this place so I came in today to check it out and wow, I love it. First and foremost, it isnt overly crowded despite being a Saturday which is nice, it is also pretty quiet. Everything is clean and all the machines work. The staff is constantly walking around and tidying up which is nice. Ill definitely drive the extra few minutes to come here instead of my usual spot on Allegheny.

I visited at 9pm on a Wednesday and things were very comfortable. The washer and dryer both worked very efficiently and they had soap out for hand washing at their sinks. My only suggestion would be to spray and wipe more often the contact surfaces. It was not cleaned while I was there, but that was minor in my opinion since it was not very busy and all patrons were wearing masks and there was hand washing available. Perhaps provide sanitizing wipes for people to sanitize the handles much like a gym does. That would be going the extra mile. Otherwise great place!

Place is clean and the machines work. Plenty of load sizes to choose from and the offer free dry time at the moment. That dude that works there is a duck tho. I arrived at last wash time and wouldnt let me in. Never mind I only had a few outfits to wash and wpuld have been done and outta there way before the actual closing time. Ive seen him do this several potential clients. So at least he is a consistent duck. Gotta admire dedication, even it makes you a duck

Never enough carts to use. No repairing of broken machines

Very nice laundromat, very clean, machines wash very well using plenty of water. Machines also have extra wash and extra rinse option. The young guy employee that was their tonight was super nice, very attentive and helped me out and explained how everything worked.

A blessing. Brand new. So clean. Due to Covid 19, closed only on Wednesday and open until midnight. I put money on my plastic card and Im in and out. Even when its busy, there are enough machines.

In Extreme EXCELLENT condition Clean, very nice staff that are knowledgeable,helpful and understanding with the exception of the white boy attendant who seems to carry around a major chip on his shoulders and do not like to be asked any type of questions from loyal customers. He dont care about the customers at all and have no interest in helping customers in their time of need. He carrys along with him on a daily basis a huge lack of appreciation and lack of customer service during the entire time hes working . Definitely he is a huge disappointment to attended customers and seem to be bringing the company to customer satisfaction rating to a low % rate.

Very clean ! It was open 24 hrs before the pandemic. Now its only open 8am to 6pm and closed on Wednesday. The young lady that works there makes sure the place is clean and very helpful.

It is great that you use a card for everything! Even the soda machines, but i wish there was more seating. Had to stand up until my clothes were done.

It was my first time. I just want to make sure it is a constant thing washers and dryers are still great. Dryers havent swallow my socks yet...lol. Clerk and staff was very friendly. Washers and dryers are fantastic! Free drying minutes with wash only. Wash and/ or dry with their laundry card use only. Every size of washer varies the amount of drying. If you only dry its $0.33 per 8 min for regular dryers and $0.50 per 6 min for large dryers. Their laundry drop off services is $1 per 1lb. More than 16 parking spaces available plus the plaza center parking lot. They have 8 smart tvs. Enough sitting and 2 clean bathrooms. ( men and women)

Very clean; equipment was top of the line and very efficient; courteous staff; prices not so bad; washing supplies available at counter; ample space to fold clothes; many tvs to watch as well as vending machines for snacks....I was pleasantly surprised as it was my first visit, but it will not be my last!!

If your looking for a nice place to do laundry youve found it! With reloadable cards that give points to earn prizes, thats a nice touch that I have not seen at other places. Its always clean (management takes good care of the place), and best days to go are typically Monday to Thursday.

Started out very clean... Still clean but you can tell the machines arent being cleaned out properly, I had to watch my clothes twice, because of the smell of maybe someone elses detergent? Im still not sure but you can definitely see a difference from first opening to now....

The owners of the place was very mean I was outside with the laundry cart and this guy went up to me and harassment me and he said to my husband and I that he knows we lived around the block now that was a thert that he made and he didnt gave me time to pack up my stuff and the guy said if I dont leave he will call the cops so I said let me pack my stuff so I can leave he said I had to do it outside he was all on top of me with no mask on and he was yelling at me and he didnt gave me no spece and especially with this virus going around I feel I was harassed and I am a girl with a disability
