We can choose best price-based options according to the quantity. It also furnishes snacks and detergent to customers. The store has its own card we can save our money to use. Also, there is the employee who assists customers always. It is a really convenient place.

Decent, well lit, main street location... parking, many washers & dryers of different sizes... washed 2 heavy queen size comforters in the largest capacity washer and dried them together in large dryer... job done... in & out... gotta love convenience!

Update: This business has gone downhill tremendously in the past year. I was there a week ago and I counted 15 washers that had out of order signs on them, and only about five dryers that were available for everyone to use. It’s incredibly frustrating. I guess I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I spent $30 washing clothes. I received 32 free minutes to dry my clothes! I ended up having to pay an additional $10 to dry all of my clothes! Long story short, I will not be returning to this laundromat.

It was ok. They should get the bathroom fixed. Thats a basic courtesy for patrons. If ur concern is not to have the general public use the restroom, get a key &/or pay a guard.

I wish I could give them a negative star. This place has gone absolutely downhill since they first opened. The bathrooms in a gas station are cleaner and they seem to be OK with this. I had my clothing damaged by one of their faulty machines, the manager had nothing but a nasty attitude to give me. The machine was obviously still open because it leaked water everywhere but she refused to acknowledge that something was wrong with the machine. It shouldnt have even started with water leaking the way it did because my shirt was caught in the door. Im not giving them another dime of my money for them to tear my clothes to shreds.

Great 24 hr. Laundry! Clean, modern & free detergent on wed. & Thurs. Reasonably priced too. Wash n fold service. Only down fall is their bathrooms have been out of order a long time. Some people who have no respect for nice properties, come in & use the bathroom. Hang out in there n get goofy n get off on breaking things. Totally out of hand & low down!! Grow ul n get a job like your big brother Bob!! Lol!

This was my second time at this laundry facility. Again it was a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful. The young lady was extremely helpful guiding me through the whole process.

I had an absolute horrible experience. I went to use the machine to obtain a card and the machine was not working properly. I asked the attendant for help which was pointless. I would have been better asking a toddler for help as she did nothing to help. I will never go to this place again. They have children that do not want to work in this place. Horrible horrible place, and customer service!

I really like this place. Since my washer is down I needed to take care of business so I took a chance on them. What I really like is the card instead of putting in money. Until I purchase my new washer I will be going back to them.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and the machines operate thoroughly, yet often some are inoperable. One of the employees, Maggie is a real gem and deserve much appreciation for her service.

Its a great and clean place. Its a bonus that its open 24 hours too! This place uses a card you charge up, and the systems pretty quick and easy to use.

Apparently some of the employees here (at least the nighttime ones) think its cool to not wear masks? Also the same machines have been out of service for months and instead of fixing them more are breaking. They havent increased any cleaning habits since covid. Definitely gonna start looking for a new laundromat.

I dropped laundry off 06/17/2020. When I came to pick up my clothes the amount I had to pay was higher than the amount initially quoted. $17.42 higher. The business never contacted me regarding a price increase.I paid but went back to my car and found the original receipt. Sure enough someone adjusted the price.I went back in and it was a very big ordeal to get a refund of the price difference.The worst part for me was that instead of the employee owning up to the mistake and just apologizing, she completely threw her coworker under the bus.Keep all original receipts when dealing with these folks.

NOT 24 HOURS!!! I arrived today at 6:20 am and it’s now 7:20am. Oh well, so much for getting my laundry done before I start my crazy hectic day. Otherwise, I like this place. It’s very nice atmosphere. Prices are good. Vending machines(novelty/kids), snack and soda machines. Massage chairs. Three casino type games for adults. This laundromat uses a prepaid card you can refill with cash or your debit card right in the store. Helpful attendant who also sells laundry supplies. Drop off service. HUGE machines to very small ones. 2 sizes of fast dryers. Clean, temperature controlled all year. My clothes got burned in a dryer once. I was compensated immediately and accordingly.

OMG, the workers here sleep at night and hate that you ask for help. They were sleep for 3 hours on October 24 2020. The would not help with machines or television. I took pictures and they still did not wake up. This place is going down with that 3 shift crew. It was almost 7am when I left they were still sleep and it was filthy in the laundromat. They had clothing in majority of the machines. This crew is very lazy. The man stated he was new and did not know how to put the news onTV and laughed in my face Like it was funny.....if you would like to see pic, let me know.

I really like this laundromat. Its really big and although it may be crowded at times, there are never a shortage of washers or dryers. I like that there is plenty of seating in order to wait for your clothes. They also sell detergent and will do your laundry for you for a fee. I enjoy a laundromat with a laundry card like this one, instead of having to carry around quarters. Although its a little further away, I prefer to do laundry here.

It was great. Clean, and good customer service. It was super crowded when I went but it was also 6am on a Saturturday. Everyone had masks on and was socially distnacing. It was an ideal experince given all thats happening with Covid-19.

Big, nice staff, lots of machines and everyone is doing masks and social distancing pretty well. Only complaint is that it always seems a ton of the machine are out of order.

As laundromats go, this one is attended, clean, secure and friendly. Dryers are hot and quick. Detergent and softener available for purchase. Stocked vending machines inside, atmosphere filled with music and tv to help pass time.

The staff is super helpful and friendly! The whole area is clean and it is a nice environment to wait while doing laundry. They were very quick to help us out when we forgot a bag of tablecloths accidentally. I will definitely use them again!

Ive seen several laundromats in Philly...this one has clean machines, nice location, plenty of dryers and washers, brand-new and modern amenities. Also, nine dollar machines can hold about four loads. Its not a bad deal. Staff are helpful, place open 24 hours. Most loads done in under 30 minutes, dryers are fast...we are in and out in about an hour.

Place is clean but pls Ive been going here for years and i had a dyer that clearly wasnt getting hot the owners wife didnt even offer a coin she just continued to explain why it was not get concern and she was right it was mines I just felt for the people who come in there some may have came with only what they could afford just the thought she would be doing the same to that person made me totally disgusted not another quarter in that place for me..they dont even care about their customers....its the workers who are polite not the owners.

When they first opened they were clean and nice. But now, the total opposite.Bathroom stay dirty and when I informed the worker about the urine on the bathroom floor, she told me that it will be cleaned by the night staff.Unacceptable for the next person that have to use the bathroom.

When they 1st opened, it was great. Clean, bright, big, lots of machines, worming bathroom, utility sink had hot water, it was fantastic. Yes it has gone down but I think because how the machines are treated,they are not indestructible, you cant stuff it to death & get great results. So they break down, repairs cost money, so now the cost to wash increases. The constant upkeep has changed but its hard to keep cleaning after nasty ppl with their kids all over the place & the bathroom, well I took a picture of the sign. This is why the bathroom is a mess because of the ppl & the only way to stay on top of the cleanliness is to keep someone stationed at the bathroom to clean after each use. Unfortunately ppl need to be supervised at all times to have something decent.

Clean bathrooms

Ive never been impressed by a laundromat but this is impressive. The machines are clean and work well. I came on a Thursday night and they gave me free soap. You can also use your credit card to add money to your wash card which is SO convenient! Oh, and massage chairs lol they have massage chairs. This is my new spot. I usually put my clothes in and leave out but I dont mind sitting in here.

Great laundry mart open 24 hours

New to the area and have been using their laundry service for the last 2 weeks. Let me tell ya, worth the money! Will not disappoint.

This laundromat is more expensive then other laundromat I’ve been to but because it is close to my home and in a good area I didn’t mind spending the extra money. I started working more hours at work so decided to start dropping off my clothes to free up so of my time. I spend an average of $70 per drop off. The last drop off experience I had wasn’t pleasant. It wasn’t the normal women I’ve seen there. When I dropped off my clothes the new women was texting on her phone the whole transaction. I pick my clothes up and when I get home I realize a whole bag of clothes is miss and three of my bras (which cost me $20 plus) has been burnt by the dryer. (They had the dryer marks on them) I call and the women tells me that they only had two bags in the system for me but she would look and that she would put a note to treat my clothes as delicate. She also said she would be in touch with her manager. She calls me back about twenty minutes later to tell me she found my bag. They women that took my clothes in and washed them never tagged the bag. (Maybe if she wasn’t texting on the phone during our transaction this wouldn’t have happened). The woman over the phone was very apologetic and told me she would be there until 4:00pm. Unfortunately I didn’t get off until 6:00pm. When I got there a gentleman who did not speak English very well had no clue where my bag of clothes was. No one passed along the information I would be coming in. It took him about five minutes to locate the bag. I then ask him would I be compensated for my bras and the inconvenience. He said “no, for what?” I asked to speak to the manager. He calls him and speaks to him in Spanish for a couple minutes. When I spoke to the manager he says, “oh I got your number and was meaning to call you because we never get complaints.” Well why did I have to get your employee to call you if you had my number? He then tells me the hell give me a free wash on my next wash which equals to $10.00. I let him know I would like some of my money back. I was asking for the full $80.00 back but because I’m sure if I will be returning to this establishment I did not want a credit. The manager tried to over talk me. He tells me that the dryers are new and how well they clean and a bunch of other stuff that had nothing to do with my issue...three bras were burnt with the dryer marks on it as evidence and the inconvenience of all of my clothes not being given to me the first time I came to pick them up. Needless, this experience will probably make me take my business elsewhere. Thank you again to the woman who found my clothes and was very apologetic over the phone. She seems like the only one who has true customer service.

Expensive, but worth it. Its clean, no broken machines--machines dont smell mildewy, dryers are also odor free. 23 min basic wash, 28 min with extra wash-rinse (3.25)--its still a super short wash cycle in comparison to home washing machines (45min-60 min on average), but if you only fill the washing machines half to 3/4 full--you end up with properly clean clothes. Drying is 30 cents/7 mins and theyre very strong, thick towels could have been done in under 30 mins. Afternoon in the middle of the week the place was empty--there are so many machines, I bet its even fine during the weekend rush. This beats all the other laundromats in the area.

Lovee it they have massage chairs and everything!! Get a massage for a 1 u cant beat that. Clean atmosphere quiet setting this is the best laundromat hands down.

Since the place is rarely new it still looks good and have huge washers, but they need to inforce the rules at night time about having Dogs in their running around ( not a seeing eye dog)the personal that was on duty just didnt bother to say nothing..☹️☹️☹️

I took my clothes to this laundromat for dropoff service & not only am I missing clothes they ruined over $200 worth of clothes!! The manager is never available when I have called & gone up there to have a conversation about the issue. This is is still unresolved. Extremely Unprofessional!
