For as many years I have been coming here, there are 7 out of 12- 4 loaders machines, 11 out 20- 2 loaders, 6 out of 10- 5 loaders working. But 10 out of 10 8 loaders working. 9 out of 34 small dryers, 7 out 20 medium dryers, 3 out if 6 large dryers working. The staff you have working try to the best the can with what they have. Its getting to the point I may be going g someplace else.

It’s too hot and I seen a review where it says there is air where is the air especially when the doors closes. And also there isn’t any machines working every time I come in. I feel so bad for those who works there because it’s to hot someone can end up getting a heat stroke and having a lawsuit to shut this place down.

The washers and dryers are both dirty. You can see black mold and scum around the edges of the glass on the washer. Nothing is cleaned, nor sanitized (COVID). The washers and dryers both have a very funky smell. I dropped off for the first time and I am positive detergent was not used while washing my things. I spent $47 for them to wash my stuff in just water. All my clothes are wrinkled and smell stale. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!! Please go the extra mile to go somewhere else. The employees hang out at the tables with friends eating and goofing around and you don’t even know it’s them who is the employee to ask for assistance. UNPROFESSIONAL & DIRTY !!!!!!!! Would love my money back.

I called before I came here to make sure they were open 24 hours they said yes. I get here the girl was standing at the door was very rude and said we are closed, there is 3 people in there but she told me I cant come in. I will never come back here again. They need to get people who like their job to work here instead of this ignorant girl . The girl working tonight July 14, 2021 is extremely RUDE!!! Bad for business. I been coming here a long time, never again.

This place is a joke. Most of the machines arent working and the owner refuses to put the ac on. Its so hot in there I dont know how his workers do it.

When Tara and Phyllis worked there they were awesome! Always keeping things clean & very kind and helpful. Will never go back. One: those ladies no longer work there. Two: the 2 ladies that are there dont wear masks properly or at all. They do NOT enforce mask wearing with patrons. The 2 ladies are unprofessional & use profanity often. Lastly, cost of washers & dryers is sky HIGH & keeps going up nearly everytime I have gone back to use the facilities.

I would say that 70% of the machines are currently not working.

Too many broken washers and dryers. I put my clothes in a $12.00 washer and no water. The washer had to run the full 32 minutes before I could get my clothes out.

The attendant is loud for no reason shouting across the place. Broken machines. And they dont enforce mask wearing beyond a sign on the door. Saw multiple people with no masks on.

Very tidy and clean space, huge amount of washers and dryers. You never have to wait your turn for a dryer again if you come here. They also have HUGE washers and HUGE dryers, like I could fit myself and two of my closest friends inside them lol

Been washing there for years. Seen alot of changes. Even in the midst of yhis pandemic, female worker with red hair still refusing to wear a mask, has a special needs child at home, and still wont wear a mask . laundry mat is okay, wish they would lower the prices.

The Hispanic lady was very rude, was too busy talking to others to help me, and refused to wear her mask.Guessing she’s afraid of her forehead getting Covid because that’s where her mask was.Would never return, the last Angie is the only nice employee there.

Im from out of state, Florida, I havent been in a more clean well managed establishment. Machines are huge 5 loads. Customer service employee was extremely helpful. Very happy with your service. We will use this establishment everytime we visit.

Very clean and theres always someone on the premises to help if needed .

The Hispanic girl that works there was very very rude. She had a friend there with here doing her wash for free while I was having an issue with my laundry card being charged twice and needed assistance. So I proceeded to ask for her assistance and she was extremely rude and unhelpful and then her friend threatened to beat me up in the store. I asked for the managers phone number bc first of all her friend Shouldn’t have even been doing her wash for free in the first place let alone the employee there should have been more focused on my issue then helping her friend do free wash while there’s an issue going on. I am telling Everyone I know in South Philly to never use this laundry mat because every time I go in there it’s a different Hispanic woman who is very very rude and unhelpful and doesn’t deserve a job there at all. I had to go back 3 different times just to get my money back that they over charged me. Unacceptable.

Local area very friendly spacious to walk around and good size variety machines

Ive never met a more genuinely friendly staff then at soapbox. Especially Sarah (I think that was her name) she was attentive and informative. I was a little annoyed with the many out of order machines. I was not delayed as there were plenty of working machines available however it would have been nice to have had my multiple loads of laundry next to one another instead of spread throughout the facility. All in all my experience there was great.

I have been going here since my regular laundromat closed due to Covid. They are over priced and unlike most 24hr laundromats that charge more, they do NOT offer free drying. For the prices of the washers you’d expect free drying. As far as the staff, some are friendly and engage with customers, but there’s one who always looks disheveled and isn’t the most welcoming. Anyway, I’ll continue to go here since it’s the closest and my neighborhood laundromat is closed.

Owner keeps raising the price on machines but doesnt maintain them been coming here for about 20 yrs and I am not happy

The machine I put my card in wasnt working. The sign had blown on the floor is what the lady told me. She didnt offer me the money I put in back, saying I should have seen. Poor customer service. I usually wash here often.

Went to have bedspreads done, several new large machines and they’re open 24 hours!!! Very clean, bright and great staff, very helpful. In a great area with restaurants and stores close by. Great place to do laundry with fair prices.

Almost always peaceful when I go, just dont like when I have issue with the dryers

Love the services at Soapbox. I can drop off my laundry and pick up the same day. Also have dry cleaning available and alterations. The shopping center overall is a one stop shop with plenty of parking! I highly recommend Soapbox!

Ok several of the washers did not work

I hadn’t been to this laundromat in a while but went this past weekend. It was kind of dumpy before but I think they got new owners. What a difference! The place is clean and bright with a lot of new machines. The staff is nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Big place, plenty machine, nice and clean. But most of the dryers are broken, not hot at all.

Prices raised too high with machines always out of order. The ONLY thing going for you is your store manager Kara and the older woman who works with her. 2$ for a keurig cup of coffee....
