First and foremost, I have no idea how this place is getting 4.8 overall rating. This place is no where near that, and I make sure I look at reviews before I go to any place. Now where do I begin… this place is not clean, no machine works properly and I haven’t even got the chance to dry yet! Be aware with the false advertising this place is not it!!!!

Good place to wash and dry your clothes.

The laundry attendant noticed a few of the washers stopped and didn’t remove them. I asked her several times to remove the clothes so I can use the washers and she would not. She was acting scared or as if it’s not her job to monitor the machines to make sure the business gets the most money as possible. If machines run 30 mins why are you letting clothes sit in a washer for 1 1/2hr until the owner returns for them. Laundry mats need a high turn over rate because so many people need to wash clothes. This ain’t an all day affair, BUT if it’s empty your good. Just don’t expect nothing from the attendant.

The laundry is good. it has a lot of space. works 24/7. It is the best option in Philadelphia.

This place is super busy on weekends. The whole place was jam packed on Sunday, so I came at 5 am on Monday morning and there were just 4 people there. Equipments are good, no complaints.

This place has definitely gone down in quality and cleanliness; it has been well over a year since I have been here and the atmosphere has totally changed. Staff standing around observing customers but not managing the upkeep and hygiene of the place including clothes for drop off services

I’ve been coming here since my Landry Mat had a fire, this place triggers my anxiety so bad today I saw a roach crawling on the floor, it’s a very dirty place in general as the homeless people who stay on the Blvd are often In here sitting and Somtimes arguing there was an syringe in the parking lot . I’m waiting for better cleaned Landry Mat to reopen to go back . Please if your washing cloths here be careful especially if you have little kids

Good place to go to get your laundry done when whenever you need, especially if you need to get that done late being that their 24hours, parking might be a little tight, if it not that late depending on the day, usually not to bad

The experience was awesome! These last few weeks have been very busy, therefore laundry was put on the back burner. I arrived right before 11am, and was able to get 6 of the largest washers.

Huge space with lots of washer and dryer. Seems a little expensive. Runs on cards not coin. Good experience.

Machines work good but it is very dirty fluid sticky hold trash cans for the rims of the dryer in the washer is filthy dirty I had to wash them before I use them wont be going back again its a real shame the washing machines work Wonderful

People walking around with mask off their mouth or no mask at all. Machines not working right. Hours changed now overly crowded. I use to get there at 6am on the weekends. Very few people at that time. Now it opens at 8. I would be done at 8. So I had been going to one that opens at 7. Decided today to try H&Z again. Bad choice. Wanted to turn in my cards but I needed to get away from the unmasked customers more.

Its a good place to go because its 24 hours 7 days a week but there are too many out of order dryers, so if its a busy day, youll be waiting for a dryer.

I have used this laundromat for several years. Until recently, it was a great place. Now, however, the current maintenance person, who seems to have an IQ of 25, has ruined every dryer. Loose screws are falling out of the dryer machines and getting stuck in the drum surface. The screws must be removed carefully. This maintenance guy has been using a hammer to remove them. He punches holes in the drum surface, which leaves sharp, jagged metal edges and spikes. These jagged spots destroy your clothes. And they are now in every single dryer ! ! I cant believe what this guy has done to the equipment. He has ruined every dryer machine.

Clean, organized and not to crowed at the right times. Has several televisions to keep kids entertained also vending machines. Has a lot of things to buy right there in case you forgot something needed to do your laundry

This place is the most convenient laundromat close to me and it is 24/7 . The only times I come is late at night. Less traffic but unsavory characters tend to walk around the building. Its quiet after 1am on weekdays.

It was four stars. Its getting dirty there.

I have been using this laundromat drop off service since 2015, recently i have been missing, certain name brand items clothing. I spoke with the attendants, about my clothing including the owner, they all seem to not understand English. Beware of your expensive items being dropped off at H&Z!

Come here about once a week. This place is extremely clean and all machines work. Staff is very helpful & very friendly, theyre always making sure everyone is okay or if anyone is new there they are very helpful with explaining how to use washers and etc. The place may be crowded sometimes but its huge, Ive never had to wait for washers or dryers. There are many places to fold your clothes if you need to and theres a lot of parking. Id defiantly recommend this place to everyone.

The staff is always very friendly here. All I have to do is drop my clothes off. Then they weigh it and then they calculate and give me a slip and let me know how much and when my laundry will be done. The laundry is always done on time and the laundry smells good and if you need them to fold your clothes they will do that also. The prices are great. They have TVs and restrooms if you need them and laundry bags and dryer sheets and laundry detergent that you can buy also. I come here every time I need my laundry done.

I’ve been using this establishment since it opened and never had any issues until recently! This place is now home to druggies and homeless people!! You can’t sit, watch television and enjoy a snack from the vending machines due to seats being occupied by non customers! Wanted to use the restroom and 2 people of the opposite sex was in one and another person in the other! I don’t feel safe since I wash my laundry after midnight when I get off work. The staff act as though they’re oblivious to what’s going on.

This place is a disgrace it was disgustingly dirty mold on the inside glass of doors to washers the floors were wet from washer leaking trash and dirt all under washers on floor and also it was as cold as outside in there i couldn’t believe people were even using those washers cause the mold algae was very noticeable

I like the way the place is clean. Them Asian guys who run it are always on their feet assisting customers. My only problem is, when patrons leave their stuff in the machines and gone off to other activities.

If I could give no stars I would. I guess the one star is for the washers. But the dryers are horrible. The worker who identified himself as Kenny tried to tell me some foolery about the temperature of the dryers and the different materials of clothing. Lies! I asked for information for the store manager and he lied and stated he did not have it. Needless to say I will not be coming back. If you are looking for a 24 hr laundromat go somewhere else. I have been here for almost 4 hours and my clothes are still not dry! I will find the managements info and they will get an hear full from me.

You get a sense of community at H&Z. People bring their kids and watch cartoons on the big screens or watch the news. The attendants sometimes share best practices and recommend detergents. I admit I enjoy the convenience of going there at my leisure which is the middle of the night, to avoid the crowds but not any more because the gentleman who works the 8pm to 8am shift seemed racist and made me feel very uncomfortable. He would leer at me, slowly and closely walk past me in a threatening way, get in the way of whatever washer or dryer Im using, snicker, and even when I sit in my car waiting for my cycles to get done, he would come outside and leer at me. I got fed up with it, and had to alter my schedule just because of him. I told his relief of what he was doing, but she didnt seem to care. Maybe her Mommy and Daddy owned the place. All she told me was to come at the times hes not there. Im contemplating no longer coming at all just because an ignorant individual chooses to be a bully.

The place is very convenient being that it is open 24 hours a day. The machines function as they should not to mention the restrooms are clean.

It would be really helpful if they have a phone number because I left my sunglasses there and I couldnt go back to get them or call them to hold them for me because I was on my way to work.
