Hadnt used the laundromat for 15 months and didnt know that they had a whole new card system. The attendant helped me get a new card, register it, and turn in my old card to have the credit transferred over. He was so helpful! Yes, this place is always busy, but if you go during off-peak hours you will be able to get a machine, a cart, and a table without issues. New card system seems to work better than the old one (no more bad pull messages), the machines are fast and efficient, and the attendants are super helpful!

This place is great. Tons of machines and contactless payment through either a laundry card or using a phone app. They also have USB and house plug charging ports for your phones on their seating benches. Plus they also have vending machines with snacks and sodas. Place is very clean with cool air conditioning and Televisions throughout the place. Bathroom are available free of charge using your laundry card or Laundry Cat App.

I would give this place more stars but since I’ve been living in this area it’s gotten progressively worse. Today was it for me, I went today to do my laundry a light load, and realized when I walked in I forgot my wallet in the car. I looked around and saw their security guard and asked him if he could just keep an eye on my bag while I go back and retrieve my wallet so I can wash my clothes. He replied no that’s not my job… I smiled alarmed because I was so surprised I thought he was joking. When I asked again, he told me my job is to watch other things not your clothes. To my understanding security is hired separately from the company, but that does not mean that he had to be so rude. Waiting less than a min for me to grab my wallet wouldn’t interrupt his stressful job of standing in the corner pacing back and forth. He could have even directed me to an employee but her CHOSE to be rude to me. When I came back in I asked him his name and he refused to give it to me. Finally I found an ACTUAL employee and they let me know I could’ve left my stuff behind the counter. I know help has been hard to find lately due to Covid, but this was ridiculous. You lose customers faster when you have the wrong people working for you…. Like I’ve said I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and never had I had someone be so rude to me in this place…

My girls clothes were stolen from this place last week from a washer the attendant was helpful but the person whobowes this place wasnt at all base on that I will not be attending this place again

I like the hours of operation and the facility is always clean and the staff pleasant and professional. I travel out of my neighborhood to use this laundromat because it is well managed and maintained.

When I do need to do large amounts of laundry I come here. It’s never been extremely crowded. Lots of washers and dryers. Drying is free for the extra large dryers which dry clothes pretty quickly. Would recommend.

Definitely will not return to this location. The staff doesn’t even speak to the customers, when my lauded stopped ALL my clothes were still soak and wet. I put them in the dryer for 40 mins and when I turned they were still soak and wet. What a complete waste of $20.....Not only was the staff not people friendly the place was dirty as hell. I will never spend another dollar there.

The laundromat was empty at 6am. It was clean and you were not allowed to fold your clothes because of social distancing. Everyone had to wear mask. It was a safe experience.

Not very busy at 6am. Variety of washers to use, cant use the folding tables yet but thats okay with me I dont use them to fold clothes. Helpful employees.

I really like this laundramat. It is convenient and clean. The workers are pleasant and professional. Its only problem for me is that it stays crowed. However, they are a 24 hour laundramat.

I used their drop off laundry service, when my clothes were returned they weren’t clean. It was as if the used no detergent at all. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the folded my clothes neatly. I had to drive all the way to Spruce Street and have my clothes actually washed, dry and folded. Such a shame for a top of the line facility.

Love the cleanliness of the facility. The many machine size options come in handy quite often. Cant beat the free dry time in dryers that actually heat up. Ive also found the staff friendly and helpful.

Its never enough laundry carts. Staff allows people to hoard them as if they own the carts. Customers here usually are allowed to keep the cart for the entirety of their visit. The carts babysit the washer and/or the person or even detergent etc while there belongings are washing and then again when they put them in the dryer. People get an attitude even you ask them to use it even if its not being used to for its intended purpose. They should make people put them back by the door when they arent being used or staff should just return them themselves.

I guess it wasn’t my day to go to this particular laundromat. When I got there ... there were no baskets and I had to wait 15 minutes... everyone kept tryna call dibs on a washing machine... the workers let them.... my clothes weren’t clean after waiting 25 minutes for a washing machine. Still had stains on my clothes and ended up taking them to my wash and fold I usually take them to... I was just in a hurry but this was my first.... and very last experience with this particular place. 3 1/2 hours to wash one load. 🥺

Pros: nice staff, 24 hours, benches with outlets and charger ports, free dry is nice as well. I like that they fix broken machines very fast considering its 24hours.Cons: not enough carts. You have to hold the nozzle to wash your hand in the bathroom (not cool with the covid-19 stuff happening). But my biggest gribe is that Ive had to replace bras because the hooks are constantly mangled in the machines. I dont understand why. Its very costly.

Disappointed. I show up after work, the attendant tells me shes not accepting anymore drop offs and to come mornings. A week later, I show up @9:30 AM and the attendant working tells me shes not accepting either and I should come evenings after 6PM. Clearly theyre both lying and just dont want the work.

If you would like to keep the items you are paying to have washed I suggest you look elsewhere. Not only did they loose an item of mine but I have had 2 items of other people’s laundry in my bags and two separate occasions and when I brought them in the attendant threw them into the trash.

Its a pretty crowded place on weekends and during evening hours which is to be expected since its in a shopping center setting. Thats not my issue though. The $5.99 washers dont fill up with enough water. Im not sure if my clothes got cleaned. I asked the worker for a jug and i filled it up to the brim, then manually filled the machine and the machine then stopped cycling, ran out the water i put in, and then started cycling with no water in it lol. It was more water in the rinse cycle than the wash cycle. The other problem is too, no matter what washing machine and dryer Ive used in the past months, my clothes always have a lot of lint still on everything. Either the lent compartment isnt being cleaned everyday, or not properly, or both. They get your clothes dry, near burning. But too much lent. Please fix these things. Because you have a good laundromat, especially after addressing customer issues

The large washers do not fill up with water properly. They also did not get the clothes sudsy. How could they have been properly cleaned without that? At $10 per washer I expect for it to work properly.

Very clean, I like that’s it’s 24 hours, and you can pay for the washers and dryers with cash or card. If you use cash, you will need to purchase a laundry card upon arrival. Laundry detergents in vending machine about $6-$7 and very small so I prefer to buy some before arrival. Free dry!

Large washers dont fill up properly. Manager not on hand to deal with issues. Bill changer did not dispense money and worker was unable to reach manager by text or phone to return my $20 instantly. The staff is friendly and respectful, but arent given autonomy to resolve issues.

The owner Larry is not ADA compliant and discriminates against people with disabilities. I witnessed him yelling at a woman with a service dog to, get out of here and dont come back! The dog was not bothering anyone and the woman was just doing her laundry. The police were called on the woman with the service dog. The police allowed her to stay. However, Larry continued to publicly humiliate the woman with the service dog, yelling and screaming at her. Larry was clearly upsetting the service dog and the woman.When another woman explained to Larry that he was violating the rights of the woman with the disability, he yelled, why dont you find another laundromat to go to! He even called them a piece of shi* He approached the woman with the service dog, invading her personal space, and demanded she leave. This man clearly has an anger issue. He was very rude to the women and gave no regards to her rights as a person with a disability and service dog. And let me add the dog was no threat seeing as Larry was being very aggressive and the dog simply sat next to the woman.If you or someone you know has a disability, by all means do not support this laundromat. What a disgrace! People with disabilities are human also and have rights. This guy is a joke and cares nothing for the people in his community.

I love that I can drop off button down shirts and have them dry cleaned for $2 a piece. Also, there are plenty of washers and free dryers. Tip, go early or really late. Open 24hrs.

One of my washers wasnt producing enough soap suds and I asked was there a problem with that particular washer. A lady asked me what soap was I using and she gonna suggest gain saying my soap was cheap.. It was just bad customer service. It wasnt my soap cause all the other washers had suds. It was just rude and inconsiderate on anyones situation.

It’s convenient 24 hour operation. Plenty of washers and dryers and clean tables for folding. I tried their dry cleaning service ok. But I might go to a designated place for future dry cleaning because their service is not on site.

Okay. The free dryers are good. Washing a little high. But the free dryers make up for it. You have to spend a dollar to get a laundry card.

Honestly I dont know how this place have a 4.0 rating. I would give it a zero if I could! I went to bakers laundry recently to wash my clothes, and there were roaches crawling all over and inside the sink next to the big machines....Im talking big brown roaches, not baby ones, these were full grown. Then they started crawling onto the folding table, and on the floor. My boyfriend and I were so disgusted we decided we are not going back there to wash our clothes. We dont want nothing transferred to our house from this place. The owners dont care obviously, the big machines dont fill with water, my clothes were not clean. I am totally disappointed and disgusted that the owner/s think they can give us this crappy, filthy, roach infested service, while taking our hard owned money. Never Again! We were so upset neither one of us had our cell phones on us to take a picture or video, because if we did those roaches and bakers laundry wouldve been exposed even more. Hey Owners! Do your Job! Clean up that place......just because its in a area where the majority of people are black, doesnt mean we are all nasty and dont care about our health or the way we are serviced. Im done with this place all together, and im gonna make sure I tell everyone I know not to go to that dump!

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I really wish I had checked these reviews before I gave them a chance. I took 2 dress shirts, a sweater, and pants for dry cleaning and they lost the sweater and pants. They claim they mix in different ticket clothing in the same laundry bag which makes absolutely no sense. I am very pissed. Then one of the shirts I got back wasnt even completely clean. This was the first and last time I will use them. The owner, Larry, even called me and was very rude about the whole ordeal calling me a little person for writing a negative review about a terrible experience I had at his business. The nerve of that guy!

Its been a few years since Ive been back to this laundromat and it will be many more years before I come back. When you walk in there is a very weird smell that hits, point 1. Then once Im in and begin loading my washer I notice the floor is a mess, alot of the washer are dirty and look like they have not been wiped down in days. Then l see clothes and used detergent bottles left on top of machines, and it looks like clothes have also been left in many dryers andnwashers. This place has truly gone down hill. It seems as if the owner no longer care like they did when it first opened. Its kinda sad since it is one of the local laundromats but it is not the only. Im sure I wont be back and if you read this try this place only as a last last resort.

A lot of the washers have bad odors and they are dirty inside and out. I am sitting now waiting for a washer and drier. They are some many washers and dryers just sitting with finished clothes it is ridiculous. There is only one attended and he has been very busy folding laundry. Ive been coming since they opened and its steadily going down.

Do not go to this wash & fold place on 2820 Roberts ave. they are located in the Fox Shopping Center across from ShopRite.. I took all my clothes there and had them washed in folded. When I want to pick them up all of my clothes were stolen. My childrens clothes were the but all of my clothes except for bras were gone. I was told by the attendant that I would be refunded my money and then the mangers Gale & Larry which they refused to give a last name called me from a blocked number and told me they were not refunding my money. And they believed their attendants. I took the same police back up there they then changed the story and said that they were not coming in. They were the managers and they were not refunding my money.... All of my belonging jeans, shirts, dresses, shirts were all stolen:.. I now have no clothes... Place do Not patronize this place..
