I had an excellent experience with my engagement ring resizing at at Robert Lance Jewelers! They were able to resize my ring same day, and the final product turned out fantastic. I would give this place 10 stars if I could because that’s how I was treated here! I came in with an eternity band that my husband purchased online and was half a size too big. Not only did the owner give me several options with extremely fair prices, he was able to do it in a matter of a couple hours, when I expected a week or more. Clearly they have been in business for a long time and it’s evident why. He even took the time to polish all my rings for me and I’d never seen them shine like that before. Keep up the phenomenal customer service!

Incredibly fast, and incredibly well priced. My wifes wedding ring and band had to be cut off after pregnancy led to swollen fingers. Where the place I bought the ring from quoted me about $400 for the repair (albeit sight unseen, but described), Robert Lance Jewelers was able to do the repair for a fraction of the cost, and all under two hours.Should I ever have to get the ring repaired or resized or polished again (hopefully not repaired, but still) this will be the place I go to.

Emailed them to get my engagement ring resized, and they got back to me almost immediately saying they would be happy to. The price was great so I went in, and was told that the sapphire I thought was in my ring might not be a sapphire 😬 ....they said they would figure it out, resize it and give me a call in an hour. It was ready to be picked up an hour later and I was told that the ring was not what our original jewelry said it was...it was glass/fake/synthetic! He showed me why it wasnt real, explained everything and showed me what it should look like. Super grateful for their help, time, and honesty, and I will definitely be back for a REAL Sapphire soon!I wanted to follow up with the happy ending! When we were ready to get a new ring Rob sourced us a bunch of real sapphires and we were able to design a perfect engagement ring. We had the ring only a few days later. Amazing service, super grateful to have found them! Highly recommended!

I have taken jewelry to Robert Lance Jewelers to be repaired twice and both times I was very pleased by how friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced they are! On both visits, Robert offered to clean the other jewelry I was wearing for free and now my rings sparkle! In addition, he was very helpful in suggesting jewelry insurance and even did a free appraisal! These guys are great.

My co worker recommended me here and I am so Happy she did!! I was looking to up grade my center stone in my engagement ring after 10 years of marriage. Robert is an amazing communicator and he made sure I had plenty of options to choose from. We narrowed it down to 2 diamonds. I couldnt make up my mind. He and his wife were so patient when I seemed to be stuck with a decision. I loved the size of one but sparkle in the other. Knowing that I was fixated on size and color he did the unthinkable. Brought out another stone. It had the sparkle and size I was wanting. Then I find out this diamond was not the color I wanted. But it was Beautiful, had fire and $2000 Under my budget. Dont get hung up on size and color. Robert knew what I was looking for and delivered. What jeweler does that, shows you something thousands under your budget so that You the customer are Happy. I was even lucky enough that he mounted it the same day.I am one HAPPY girl!! Finally found an Amazing jeweler I can trust.Fyi..They do Beautiful inscriptions on the band too.

My wife and I were visiting from out of town, when I then decided to buy her a diamond ring. I was led to Roberts store where I not ONLY found her a beautiful ring but I also found another piece of jewelry (Diamond Stud earrings) that looked AMAZING! It looked better (for the price), than ALL of the earrings that I perused in the other jewelry stores, that were way more EXPENSIVE! He treated us like family and he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! He also took care of ALL of the other jewelry that we had.(10 pieces). If its GOOD AND HONEST service that you want, go to none other than Robert Lance Jewelers. Ordered a necklace for my mother the money got taken out of my account and ordered it almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten it by far the worst jeweler website there is would not recommend this company

In a day & age where huge billboard signs advertise the ‘bigger’ jewelry stores, ur doing yourself a disservice if u overlook the lil ‘mom & pop’ stores that have been on Jeweler’s Row for nearly 50 years. They’ve lasted this long for a reason. Robert Lance Jewelers is an AMAZING father/son family business that’s been in business forever. Robert knows every customer’s name when they come in the door (he EARNS their repeat business for a reason.) The storefront itself may not have all the ‘glitz and glam’ that the bigger mass production stores have but don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Robert is an expert jeweler who is often consulted as the aficionado in the industry. All of the celebs go to him too. And anyone who TRULY values the essence of customer service goes to him for sales and repairs. I trust Robert implicitly & appreciate how good he is to his people. He goes above & beyond always. Forget the big billboards that led u to Jeweler’s Row & instead go seek out this lil gem where someone will remember who u are & what u like every time u come back. Trust me, u wont be disappointed!
