First time here. Had hard time finding. I called store to find out exactly where they were located the worker directed me to the store better than Google did. When I arrived he greeted me. He was very nice and professional. I received my equipment in a timely manner.

Under staffed and no queue! When I arrived, only two employees, one who just got in around 115 PM ! There was no sign up, or queue or way of establishing why you were there. I was picking up FIOS equipment, already paid for. Took 35 minutes for one of them to ask, they broke into an existing customer to check me out, which took all of 90 seconds. A lady behind me had equipment to return, another 90 second transaction. She had been there 25+ minutes when I left.

So I just want to say Lawrence is amazing!!! I was looking for a car charger and nothing worked and he was nice enough to charge my phone for me. I was stranded without my phone and he literally saved me!!! And he convinced me that I need to switch to Verizon, so I will be considering it. But he is an absolute gem and very knowledgeable about the products. Thank you Lawrence 😊

Lawrence was an excellent and knowledgeable sales associate. He was extremely helpful when I was there to purchase a new iPhone. He took care of all my needs from purchasing the phone to helping me choose and then he applied the appropriate screen protection product. He answered all my questions and made sure that the phone was up and running before I left.

I didnt end up purchasing a plan here. They had some nice phones but wasnt happy with the plans. Im much more partial to T MOBILE if you ask me. In fact, I dont like Verizon Fios either for Digital On Demand TV. Xfinity is a million times better. Verizon needs to step it up or find a new game in my opinion.

Thinking we were upgrading our phones and service, we were sold Sumsung Galazy A425G cellphones at a supposed great price. However, if the phone cannot detect 5G signal attempts to make a call results in warnings that your phone is not connected to a network. Neither can texts be sent or received. This happened in metropolitan Philadelphia a mile from downtown. Worse yet phone calls or visits in dealing with multiple Verizon agents not only failed to point out this shortcoming of the phone instead offered a variety of solutions, none of which worked. Even though we have been verizon wireless customers for more than a decade, Verizon convinced us to go to T-Mobile. It appears that they were pawning these phones off onto unsuspecting customers. It was a nightmare. If able would not even give them 1 star.

Lawrence was great. He helped me with an order for new IPhone 12 Pros and then helped me set them up the day that I picked them up. The transfer of all kinds of data including apps was initiated and completed quickly. The apps continued to download after leaving the store because the versions for the 12 Pro were very different than the versions for my 5C. He was great .. very calm, pleasant,and polite.

The only reason I give this Verizon Authorized Retailer-TCC a one star was due to awful and disrespectful customer service from Mike (I couldnt tell you if that was his real name and he didnt want to disclose his last name when I asked him). I went to this store on the 19th of December 2020 at roughly 1 P.M. I remained calm during the whole conversation exchange and I was thankful my wife was present to repeat what I had said, since he didnt understand me. He spoke to me as if he didnt understand me, and I remained calm. We were having issues activating 5G sim card which was ordered online from Verizon, and we told Mike, We bought it online from Verizon. Mike told us, To go where we bought it to have it fixed. As you can imagine the conundrum of going to the location online to have it fixed. My wife then asked, Where is the official closest Verizon store? Mike responded, Downtown. Then my wife asked, Is there any place in the Northeast? I dont want to go downtown, the traffic and parking is crazy. Mike then said with attitude, Well, if you want to drive 45 minutes on the boulevard and get into an accident and die go right ahead. After that statement, my wife asked him, Whats your problem? Mike said, You got an attitude. My wife then said, What are you talking about, I was just asking where else to go. My wife replied, You have terrible customer service skills. Mike responded with, Do I? Do I? Goodbye.Me and my wife are both middle aged, and I wouldnt recommend sending anyones grandparents here to be disrespected by someone who doesnt care who you are or how polite you may be. I was bewildered and astonished that the exchange had occurred. The manager/supervisor was not present at the time, at least thats what I was informed from Mike. Needless to say, hiring someone of that stature under the company of Verizon clearly indicates the type of behavior that they condone.

He offered exceptional customer service & answered all my questions. He went above and beyond by helping me pick out an otter box, and a screen saver. He even installed them for me.As a direct result of Lawrence’s customer service. I will always come to this store.

I visited the Verizon store yesterday to swap some equipment. The experience was by far the best I have ever had in a retail environment. I dont make it a practice to write reviews, but the service that was provided to me was outstanding and worth sharing. Its clear that Total Customer Satisfaction is the goal of this location and they clearly achieved that during my visit. If I need to visit a Verizon location in the future, the Columbus Blvd location will be my choice!

Dillon is so patient and professional! Made my upgrade and got my new iPhone and put on my case and screen for me. I will be back every time I want a new phone. Dillon also just cut our bill almost in half by going through our bill and taking off things we didn’t need. Joe was so supportive, helpful and so funny! I started a new service with Verizon yesterday and went to pick up the new router. As you can imagine, due to Covid-19 the store was operating at limited capacity but people still need their services provided. Luckily Joe C. was on the job. While getting me set up, he encountered an error message in the system hat he had never seen before. Nevertheless, he sat with me patiently as he continued to field multiple phone calls from other customers throughout the duration of my visit. He displayed excellent customer service skills, multitasking proficiency, and a dedication to problem solving. Not only did he ultimately handle my internet issue but he also spoke to a customer service representative to ensure that I would not have to make another trip back to store. Joe is an incredible person who Verizon is fortunate enough to have manning their store during these trying times. Thanks again Joe!

I walked into the store to pay my phone bill. The associate was on the phone walking all over the store. After five minutes of me standing there he asked me what I came in for. After I told him I wanted to pay my bill he told me to use the payment kiosk. I put $300 in cash. 48 hours later my bill is still not paid, customer service is threatening to turn my service off, and I have received no assistance. Customer service said they can no find the transaction. Now I am out $300. Thank you TCC

As a long-time Verizon phone service customer, wanted to share the worst customer service phone experience Ive had in decades. Had an insured iPhone that died, and was given totally wrong information by their sales rep Anthony. He assured us that we could have the replacement phone delivered for pick-up at their store. Wrong--had to take a day off work to sign for the delivered phone ( FedEx dropped the phone in a marked package on our stoop and ran, vs getting my signature). Anthony said we could do an early upgrade. Wrong--When we came back to turn in the phone, Sebastian the rep said there was nothing he could do. Paid full price for the phone, had to use another family members upgrade, and still have to pay for the old replacement phone for 10 months. Didnt even get a break on a screen guard price. Next phone issue, our family will switch carriers-thats the only way to get a discount now.

Sebastian is beyond helpful!!! Until him the entire Fios process was pure hell. I was given a million different answers over the phone and online and nothing made sense. My husband and I visited this store 12/23/2019. We were greeted immediately by Zach as he helped another client. Unfortunately, the phone I wanted was out of stock (not a reflection of their stock, it is out everywhere) so of course I got the next one up. But Zach informed us of the BOGO $700 off, $200 giftcard for switching and that my husband has been missing out on a $25 discount per line each month which totally negated the cost of the up-sale. My husband failed to back up his phone so we were in their for hours but with the friendly staff, free parking and nearby stores the time went quickly.

Young white kid was to lazy to show me how to operate the pay machine and began to bad mouth when I told him he was lazy. The 21 century kids need to wake and learn how to respect people. He really took me out of my character. He did the same thing to and older white gentlemen before me. Race wasnt an issue just lazy and a lack of respect . Returned my FiOS router to Diamond. She greeted me with a smile and invited me to her computer desk. There were only 2 employees in the store - Diamond and a new trainee - however, the store was clean, organized, and the atmosphere was calm and friendly. My transaction took less than 5 minutes. I have had two very bad experiences with this location. I never intended to go there again after the first experience but had to due to location and my need. The first time I was told I was being given something when in-fact I was being charged monthly. Both items I never even used because I had no need,and one is still in it’s unopened package. A year later was contacted by a collection agency. I had no idea what they were talking about and had to get Verizon to help me figure it out. The sales person misrepresented (LIED).My second experience was two weeks ago I returned a phone. They knew I was coming in and the salesperson was there. There were 3 employees in the store and they told me no one there could do a return could I come back. Only when I sat down saying I would wait for the manager to call back did the salesperson asked me for my card and made the return.The attitude was I was the problem. They, all 3 of the employees, LIED, saying they could not do an exchange when they could.This is more than bad service, this is out and out deceit. Then the fact that I returned the phone never got to Verizon and I received my bill with the charges for the new phone. I spent about 45+ mins while Verizon tried to straighten it out and although they know I returned the phone, spoke to Verizon about it they insist I must go in and speak to the manager. I called, asked for manager and was told he/she stops in now and then. I told them I need to come to deal with this problem and have to speak to the manager so how do I know when he is there. Person said call tomorrow and see. Extremely poor service. It’s not even service.

Definitely the most inept Verizon location I’ve come across in terms customer service in my 15 years of owning a Verizon phone. All 5 workers I spoke with gave me a different answer regarding my very simple issue. Not only that, a manager was never available between the 4 times I called and 1 time I went in store. Now I have to waste even more of my time going back again because I have to coordinate with when a specific person is working. Are you kidding me? Once I get this issue resolved I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I worked with Shamika Jul 19th 2019 to sign up for Verizon prepaid plan and port over my existing number. After over an hour of fumbling, the end result was non-functioning phone and suspended telephone number. While troubleshooting she reset my network configuration and put my new SIM into her personal phone. The end result was suspended account (due to, according to Verizon, her using a lost or stole device no less), and a number I could not port out. After 24 hours of technical support, 2 visits to a Verizon store, switching to postpaid plan and lots of grief, I finally was able to get cell service. Shamika simply stated that she did everything correctly, my phone is the culprit ad gave me a tel number for Verizon support. To be fair, I was offered a refund.Im at loss of words to express just how unprofessional and unpleasant the whole experience was, walking into a store with a working phone and leaving with a useless brick. Needless to say, avoid at all costs09/20/2019 updateNot having received the promised refund, I opened a dispute with my credit card. 3 months later, the CC wasnt able to resolve the dispute and I decided to go to the store one last time. Worked with Sebastian (who tried to be helpful), who waited close to 30 min for override authorization from his manager Rodney, authorization that never came. Apparently the manager is never there, nor does he respond to his employees for extended periods of time. No refund, adding insult to an injury, and another hour wasted on this process.If you werent sufficiently warned (avoid like the plague) by the initial review, I think think might do the trick.
