Everything I didnt like about the big national chains such as predatory memberships policies. You dont find at YouFit. Its a clean friendly environment where theres plenty of equipment. Even when I go during peak hours Its never too crowded. The only complaint is that sometimes the managers dont enforce rules that will make everyones visit better. They dont enforce wearing mask as much as they should and they dont tell people not to use Bluetooth speakers when they should use earphones of some type.

The Gym Is Typically Cleaned On A Regular Bases. Personnel Are Friendly And Professional And Always Roaming The Area. Personnel Are Ready To Assist Members With Answers To Their Questions. Gym Staff Do Let The Members Know When Closing Time Is Near. [ 4 Stars Are My Limit Perfection Is For Dreamers ] LOL

I been a member of youfit since its inception, I remember joining while they still had plastic over the equipment being installed, I loved it when it was 24 hours, the quality of the gym has fallen off drastically since then ( upkeep, workers, trainers ) but the atmosphere has always been A1, it wouldnt take much to turn this back around into a top gym again ... What I would do is get more diligent with the staff on the upkeep of the gym, evaluation of all the trainers to make certain that they are in line and providing excellent services, and the MAIN thing is transform that movie theater/ cycle room into a boxing /MMA training area, ( heavybags, speed bag platform ) and I promise you the membership will go through the roof ... Also 24 hr service again 👍🏾

Just don’t do it. There a Planet Fitness 5 min from this place, save yourself the time and trouble. Dirty, unprofessional, no customer service.

Youfit has no regard to their loyal paying customers. Still charging my account monthly fees and surcharges. I havent been to the gym since the pandemic started. They say they will refund monies, but its been two month and I havent received a refund. They are telling all their customers the same thing. Shame on you YouFit. I am cancelling my membership! Loyal paying on time customer.

Really disappointed in this gym. There are several things that have been not been fixed for over 6 months. I’m curious on what the yearly fees go towards. There are bikes that have been out of commission for months, ceiling tiles missing bcuz of constant leaks, the accessible bathroom stall is constantly out of order, and they’re always running out of water. There are also a few employees that need to be trained in problem solving at the desk. I remember someone from corporate visiting our cycle class and asked why the doors were open.(it was because the a/c did not work for a short time during the hot months). I believe demographics play a huge part of this gym not being a priority on YouFit’s list. The only reason why I attend this gym is bcuz the instructors are awesome.

I have reached out on multiple occasions regarding receiving a refund for two months that should NOT have been charged.I was told that my account WAS canceled back in March. I was foolish to trust the company, when I recently checked my account I realized that I was charged twice since canceling back in March.Ive sent about 5 emails.No responses.

I cancelled my membership back in November cause they still charge me $20 for the first shut down. I walk in to cancelled my membership was charge $10 just to cancel and when I check my bank account I saw another $12 gone on top of the $10 to cancel cause of youfit. I reach out and I got no answer. Now I have to call my bank to block all payments coming from youfit. Just stealing my money. Just a bunch of THIEVES!

I would have given this gym a much higher rating because I truly love this place and feel extremely comfortable here but this the third time this month that a bunch of us have been waiting outside for over 20mins for it to open. I can only come in the morning and I talked to some others that can only come in the morning. Maybe it’s time to consider other places.

Very nice place to exercise. I preferred the group exercises. Thats what most places lack. The staff is very courteous. Had to let go my membership because of my work schedule. This is the place I will return to when my schedule changes.

The customer service at this place is horrible. A bunch of kids that do not know how to talk or conduct business. Do not spend your money here! The girl Holly is ignorant and needs to go back to school. She could not comprehend anything I said and because of it was being disrespectful. If you do not like your job, get another one or do better so you can have better!

Horrible location. Wish they had another to live up to the YouFit name because I moved from Florida and the locations there are beautiful. The management it terrible. The obese manager doesn’t reflect the gym in a good light and should use the machines himself. The locker rooms are always dirty and the machines are broken. Workers spend more time working out on the broken machines than actually keeping the gym in good shape.

Its been awhile but it was great to back to the gym.

Just joined this gym. Its seemed nice in there, and was bigger than i thought. The staff were very nice and showed me around. They have classes which is a plus. I hope to make this journey habitual. I would recommend to anyone, same price as the other ones, with classes you can take so its a win, win!

I like this gym, its conveniently located and never crowded during the time that Im there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is pretty clean. My only issue is not being able to attend any of the classes during my visits but other than that its a nice gym.

Very good Vibes place to workout and the staff is polite. You workout with a friend or even ask for a workout buddy at the front desk. The gym has bathrooms with 2 changing stools and adequate stools. There is a cinema room where you can watch movies on DVD.

They cant even do a proper cancellation. I paid 10 to cancel my membership but the employee didnt upload the document and cancel my ACH payment. Looking at other reviews, this is definitely a regular occurrence. Definitely should of paid a little more money to go a better gym had to run hoops to get refunded and cancelling my membership.

Very nice atmosphere and the staff members are very polite. Lots of things to do, cinema exercise room, regular exercise equipment, bicycle exercise, yoga,zumba and more, just amazing.

First time going to any gym the staff is professional and hard working. Very informative very detailed about every aspect of the work out. Definately not a boot camp although they have a group for boot camp. So many different work out groups. Hours are great. My personal trainer is awsome.

Its a very reasonable place to workout, and I must say that its cheaper than than planet fitness a month its only, $25 when you bring a month when you bring a companion, but if not than its $10 a month for yourself. And for the annual fee, its only $59.but other than that its cheaper and a fantastic gym...

I love this gym I hate going to the gym but this place gives me something to look forward to. The group instructors are awesome I love the group of aerobic classes especially the spin classes. I absolutely love the cinema that they have in there so that I can become distracted while watching a movie by the time I know it my workout is over and its more of a private experience in the cinema. I have no complaints I enjoy going to this gym okay maybe one... They need to add more music to the playlist or something because I swear every time I go there to work out I keep hearing the same songs over and over and over and over and over and over and over... LOL

Its a really good gym i like how its setup, they have a good variety of drinks to help out with your workout, they do have little flies in the bathroom, but lets get serious were there to workout our bodys and have a good time, not complain aboult the situation just be thankfull they have a working shower, plus the flies are little, its not like its gonna hurt you, And some of the people who work there are really cool, 💪🏽👍🏽

Meh. Its okay. It could try marketing the gym w/ a better name, story, and interior design. The name is cringe enough, but the purple and green just hurts the eyes. It reminds me of PlanetFitness.

I have been a member for three years now and have seen a decline in service and cleanliness of the gym. There are often issues with the sound equipment for the classes. My payments are automatically deducted and out of nowhere the amount deducted was increased without anyone notifying me!!!

Amazing Staff from the front desk to even the maintaince staff. When you walk in you feel like youve known them for 3 years thats how personnel they are. State of the Art equipment way better than La Fitness, Planet Fitness and Fitness 19 put together. When the staff say the clean every half hour they all take turns cleaning every half an hour they even come up to you to make sure your doing the right exercise for the right machine for that particular day. There trainers are amazing I have been with the trainer Eric for 2weeks now and lost 15lbs already they seriously talk to you on a personnel level. I would recommend this club to anyone looking for a gym in Philly. Is it normal for a$$holes @ youfit? YOUFIT change your policy..members dont own equipment. Once you leave the equipment. A person should not claim he/she is using it. Thats how problem starts. There need to be clear signs posted...these are grown adult with entitlement issues.

Much better than planet fitness, not crowded, better equipment, and all around clean! The staff greets you on the way in and out. The location is within walking distance much more convenient than pf for me. I love that all the cardio machines have TVs so you can personalize your experience.

This is the first gym Ive joined in over ten years, and Im glad I did. I was a little uncertain about joining a gym as they make me anxious, but thats not the case here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The other members are either friendly or standoff-ish, which is exactly what I was looking for.The place is kept clean, mostly. Ive noticed the womens bathroom can get grody during evening hours, especially Thursdays. I dont take any of the group fitness classes, but Ive heard they are very popular and have a cult following (staff members description).The machines are in working order, but a few of them have headphone jacks that just dont work well at all.I cant say this is a negative for the gym, but I definitely see members NOT wiping down the machines after using them. So if you join this place, you should probably wipe the machine before using it.

I canceled my membership way before my billing date and due to traveling for work. Yet they still charged my account and when I called, the employee made it cleared that he only works there and cannot help at all. The policy was never explained when I cancel my membership. Very unprofessional and I will make sure to voice that to everyone who wants to join this place.

Can the men’s litrain get some maintence done? It smells like someone threw up after a night out and their momma ain’t want to clean it up. I can’t even take a quick leak with the “out of order urinals.” The showers have like fruit flies on the ceiling. It’s really disgusting. I’ve been here for over 4 years, please do something.

Poorly run. Personal clicks within the staff toward memmbers. Memberships terminated if u assist another member with their workout. Nothing states that its against policy if you guide (help) with workouts and youre not one of the Youfit Trainers. Ive been to many gyms and Ive never heard of actions by a gym taken like this at least without warning. If that is infact policy, dont say Weve been watching you for at least a week and a half training the same person. Well if its policy or not, why the Hell would you let that much time go by without addressing it?!

This location often has little to no paper towels available. Today I walked to 5 different stations so I could wipe a machine before starting my workout and none of the stations had any paper towels- which means unless people brought their own towel (specifically to sanitize machines) none of the machines are being sanitized this evening. The gym was full of people. This is unacceptable and disgusting.

I were a happy and proud member of Youfit gym untill I were excused of training people for money in the facility so they banned me from the gym,when all I were doing were just helping people and motive others to become fit and healthy because I have a good heart to just help anybody.The staff and trainer of Youfit @olney plaza phila. are very unprofessional and rude they do not know the right way of physical training,they dont care about how many clients you bring to their gym.I got 30-40 people to sign up and this is how a loyal customer/member is treated.I advise to everyone not to sign up at this particular Youfit @olney plaza Philadelphia PA
