Tl;dr terrible customer service. do not recommend.I do not recommend this company. While I had no issues with the actual contractors, there were several issues with the installation of my doors. I have called, left detailed voicemails, and sent emails requesting to speak to management. Though I have not been contacted in regard to my concerns, I have received prompt notification to pay the final invoice and submit a review. Here it is:4/19 - Two Ardmor representatives (1 trainee) completed the estimate and I paid the deposit. I explained that the doors were new, but incorrectly installed and damaged. Most notably, the front screen door was installed outside of the door frame (see photo). Previous contractors made adjustments (i.e., extending the frame, cutting into the top stair, etc.) that were raggedy and I was looking to redo it “the right way”. I noted that the original measurements were probably incorrect and that I wanted to the new screen door to fit inside the frame against the threshold. One of the Ardmor representatives suggested that they just extend the threshold and I clarified that I wanted the door to be inside the original frame which was still visible. I was informed that another representative would be responsible for taking measurements. I was also informed that each entryway would be installed over the course of two days, one at a time for safety.4/26 - Another Ardmor representative came to take additional pictures and measurements. When I noticed the representative taking measurements of the front screen door from the outside, I reiterated that the current screen door was outside of the frame and that the new one should be in it. Honestly, it was egregious and the misunderstanding of what I was looking to achieve should have been the red flag.5/3 - I received an email with an abbreviated quote requiring a signature. It was not accompanied by an explanation. I was not informed that I should be expecting another document post-signing the contract and had to contact Ardmor for clarification.I was contacted ~6 weeks later to schedule the installation.6/23 - The contractors began to work on both doors simultaneously. I assumed this meant that they intended to finish installing all four doors that day. This was not the case - the contractors promptly wrapped up at 8 hours. I was shown the re-installed locks before they headed out. They had put those little foam things around the frame for “insulation” (see photo). Worse, I could see gaps in the same spots as the old doors. I was assured that weatherstripping would correct this. I could have simply put weatherstripping on the original doors.6/24 - I was informed that the installation was mostly complete with the exception of the cosmetic touches. I immediately notice the front screen door in the same exact space as the original with a little more padding and a slightly extended threshold - still not touching. It was not until after the contractors left that I noticed that the front door’s deadbolt would not fully engage.I was not contacted the next day. I called on 6/28 and left a voicemail explaining my pressing issue (locks) and additional concerns. I received a call back from Cheryl and a follow-up email requesting the above information. As of 7/7, I have yet to hear from management in regard to any of my concerns though I have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails.Cheryl did call again to schedule the work to be completed. I personally told the contractors what I needed to be adjusted and they completed their work on 6/3. Still, the front door frame was cut to accommodate the battery-operated doorbell I plan to remove. It looks terrible.Ive never been treated so poorly. For $8k, a returned phone call was the least they could do. This process was a complete disappointment.

I had a great experience using this company for my window repairs.They came out to check out all of my windows and screens; and they found two of my windows were broken. They had to order new parts, and communicated with me promptly throughout the whole process. The man who came out, Daniil, was very professional, polite and hardworking.The company is very busy so it did take a little while to get them out to my place so the appointments might be further into the future than youd want, but theyre worth waiting for.

Very reasonable price for window repair compared to others. Estimates are given over phone. They take measurement first visit and then order custom size glass and come back and install. Easy communication thro text, email and phone. Labor and tax included in estimates. Transparent, courteous and valuable service on time!

This morning Ardmore Inc, came to my home to fix my picture window cranks. They were quite old and not really letting me open my windows. Instead if replacing the whole window which would have cost me thousands of dollars they sent a technician, Daniel, who replaced the cranks and I now have a perfectly working almost like new picture window that works beautifully. He was efficient, cleaned up after himself as he went along, and did the job in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this company. Great job and thanks, Ardmor!

I approved the quote on 6/11/2021 (replace 1 window, 1 pane of glass, and 1 window screen). As of 9/24/2021, they have yet to replace the window screen. They did the window / glass install on 8/18/2021, and said they’d be back in a few days to complete the window screen. I’ve sent several emails, with no response.

Considering the backlog of all construction materials, a 2 week turn around from the estimate to the replacement during a pandemic was great. Its been over a month since we paid the deposit to get our window repair and we still do not have an install date. Ive tried calling their reps and they keep avoiding my calls. eve spent hundreds of dollars on the deposit. I am extremely disappointed!

I had a window that would not open, which was discovered in home inspections as I sold my house. ARDMOR was super-professional and responsive from the very first phone call. Cheryl was terrific over the phone giving me information and Daniil came out, gave me a 10-min heads up he was arriving, was super-friendly and fixed my window in no time. I would definitely use them again.

My bay window seal was broken. The glass was extremely cloudy and looked dirty. On top of that, heat and air was passing straight thru it causing my bill to be higher than it should. I called a few different companies (I wish I remember their names so you’d know who NOT to call) and they all said the same thing. “The glass can’t be replaced. You have to replace the entire window. We can sale you a one at a great price if you act today for $6k-$10k”. That’s when I saw an Ardmor truck and on the side it said it specialized in glass replacement. I called the number and the sales reps was extremely nice. They came out the next day, did the measurements and gave me an extremely nice quote!! Because the glass had to be ordered, it took 2 weeks to come in. They called, set up an appointment for 11am-1pm. The tech actually called at 10:15am and said he can be at my house at 10:30am!!! The job took 40 minutes (I timed it.) fast, efficient, clean and very professional. My window looks great! I’m actually hiring them to do another job on my house because I’m so pleased with the way my window looks. I wish the companies who said it can’t be done could come take a look at my window now!

I had the glass in four windows of various sizes (which were either cracked or broken) replaced in our old almost 100-year old house, which still has single-pane windows. Everything about Ardmor Windows & Doors was very professional. The guy who came out, during the pandemic, to measure for the quote actually arrived early (he called first), which was fantastic.The installers where professional, and the windows now look great. Ill be giving them a call again in a few months to start the process of replacing our doors!

We purchased a new oversized storm door from ArdMor. The process took a while due to a custom order, but the estimate and installation were very professional and responsive. Installers arrived as scheduled and were quick and neat. The new door looks great! A bit on the expensive side, but worth it for quality work.
