It took a day to get my drivers side window fixed, but at least he didnt jack me for several hundred dollars, he rebuilt the gearbox for the window for $200. I was mad at first, but then I found out that it wasnt a bad price. Overall not bad.

I got a quote from Steve to get my driver side window and my passenger side window to be replaced both for $315. When I went to pick my car up the next day when it was finished he gave me a quote of about $465. That is completely unprofessional and it he denied giving the original quote, And told me that I can come back tomorrow and pick up my car so that he can take the windows out as if I’m going to drive around without windows. Oh I ended up taking my car that day but I will never do business with them again, and I know plenty of people that Steve did the same thing too, gave them one quote at first and then when they picked up the car gave them a totally different price. I would not recommend going there unless you are ready to throw a fit and argue when you pick up your car.

The owner was very rude. First, he has installed a faulty windshield. Second, he refused to accept it had a crack. After taking a zoomed picture of the cracked position, then he accepted. Total three-time I visited for getting my solution.

Decided to go to Steve’s auto glass company replace my Windshield was waited there for 10 minutes that a gentleman was answering the phones had me wait so I decided to go to Rydon Auto Seat Covers & Glass. And I was important and was customer who was front of him and not his phone.

My 2004 vehicle had been vandalized. Someone had smashed the side van window. Which was remote controlled with privacy glass. New window was available 2 days later for an install. Price was very fair. Job done well. Clean shop & professional staff. Thank you Steves glass! You have a customer for life!

Great service! Professional on the phone and in the shop. Everything was spotless. They were able to get me in right away and completed the work in just a few hours. My window disappeared on Christmas Eve and when I called first thing the day after Christmas, they knew exactly what the problem was and were able to fix it. The price quote on the phone was exactly what I was charged. I highly recommend this place, the whole experience was excellent!

Ive had a few windshields replaced here over the years and recommended several friends who had cracked windshields. Everybody was satisfied. Steve is fair and honest. If you little safe space liberal cupcakes out there need that super fake, always smiling, kiss your ass, forced fake smile customer service, go elsewhere. Steve is polite and straight to the point and does a 5 star job. End of story

Honest, hard working and experienced, why go anywhere else

Quick and efficient. Car was ready when promised. Glass replacement was perfect, although not OEM glass.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to schedule an appointment. However Steve offered me a very reasonable price so I decided to check his place out for myself. Much to my surprise the customer service was excellent, my rear window was replaced within 40 minutes without any leaks, (it was raining that day) Im not sure where all the bad reviews came from however it seems to me like Steves really cleaned up their act.

Excellent job

I had my side window and front windshield repaired at Steves. The transition was quick, it took only an hour for the fix. The person who worked on my car is very professional, he carefully vacuumed the small pieces out and made sure there isnt any leak on my windshield. This is A+ quality, afterall I am happy about the result.

Replaced windshield in two hours. Quick and nice $237 with taxes. Good job.

I have gone here for years. I travel over 1000 miles per week and go through 1-4 windshields a year on average. I have never had a problem here and they have always been the cheapest in price.......I will be in sometime in the next week as I have another crack in my windshield

I do not write many reviews but I felt obligated to right this one. I have a good job and have encountered many challenging situations along the way, and theres come a time when a honest review is needed on a poor customer experience.I walked in the door with my male friend because I realized after one phone and one live conversation, the only way a semi-respectful conversation could happen - rather than confrontation - would be if I brought a guy with me. We walked in the place & the owner started with Oh, I see your brought your armour today. Nice! What a way to set the tone with a customer. And since we spoke the day prior & my arrival was not expected I can only wonder what it would have been like if he was aggitated.We all make choices, and I choose to go to place that knows theres stuff AND treats you with respect. I share this because I thought chauvenism was by the wayside or closeted with those who work with customers, but thats clearly not the case based on this experience.I have found a new auto expert to address my cars leak and although I did not like the news, we always had respectful interactions. Pretty basic stuff right? Well...maybe not so basic after all.

I dont know whats going on with all of these other reviewers, and frankly I dont really care. I almost didnt go to Steves Auto Glass because of what I read here, but I decided to call ahead and get a quote. The guy who answered was totally nice, and patient and said he could replace my broken window for $140 in an hour. Not only did he live up to this promise, he also cleaned all the broken glass from by seat. Steves Auto Glass really exceeded my expectations, and would have done so even if they werent lowered by all these negative reviews. Whether or not the owners added some fake reviews, it doesnt matter. This is some quality service.

Steves Auto Glass has their own page on Ripoff Reports site. You might want to read it before dealing with them. Steves overcharged me for a horribly incompetent job, then had the gaul to not stand behind their lousy work. Avoid these knuckleheads like the plague. I dont know who gave Steves five stars, but he must not have both oars in the water.

Replaced my windshield and ran my car into a Shelve carrying tools which landed all over my hood because the attendant was trying to reverse my car between two other cars in their garage, instead of move the one behind my car. To give a visual of the garage [ HHH ] Each H is a garage door. Two cars and parked half in and out of the garage ( bottom of the right two Hs) and my car is parked perpendicular to them fully inside the garage. The third door is not even open, and a 4th car is parked back side in fully inside the last door, so when the attendant began to back up my car I was curious where he was going with it to begin with. He crashed it becuase he started moving forward after realizing he was boxed in only after already moving backwards and I was so terrified after the crash I stopped watching just waiting for it to come out and see the damage. I saw no dents in the hood of the car and the windshield appeared to be crack free as well and I did not feel like being there any longer after it took over 3 hours. However, the brand new glass was cracked underneath the wipers which resulted in a small hairline crack in my new windshield that I was only able to see after it began growing a few days later. When I called to explain they said they could charge me for a new replacement but would not fix their own mistake. Terrible unprofessional service. The help clearly has no idea what they are doing.

If I was able to give 0 stars then I gladly would. This place is a scam. I went in to get my back window replaced and come home to my driver side window not being able to roll down and up without the weather stripping tearing off, to which the owner responded dont roll the window down and itll be fine. It was like that when you dropped the car off in the shop. Are you serious? Dont roll down my window? It was already like that? Ive been rolling my window up and down for months w.o any problem so dont tell me it was already like that because thats some bs. Come in with a broken part and leave with a new broken part created by Steves Auto Glass. The owner agreed to fix the problem he created but at the cost of an additional fee. Complete rip off and completely unprofessional business.

I only went here cause it was the cheapest around, they got the window in ok but it was pretty sloppy. Somehow the window adhesive got on top of my rear view mirror, on a wiper blade and some along the inside of the roof. Overall shoddy job. Steve is a shady guy too, I called a week earlier and he gave me a different price, as in a 25$ difference. Just pay a little extra and go somewhere else.
