If there was a zero star option I’d give that. From the first day this place has been nothing but problems, so unprofessional, I kept having to call them to get my stuff delivered, then when they delivered my stuff my dresser was missing the back piece for the mirror and they sent me the wrong slats that don’t touch the ground at all so it sinks in 5 inches. I called they keep saying they will fix it but have done nothing. I now have thrown out my back because of this and they had the audacity to send me a letter asking for payment when they haven’t kept up their end. I’m calling corporate tomorrow and my attorney and making sure that entire place has new employees especially Melissa. You’re a crumb. Die. I’m furious.

Recently purchased a bedroom set from this place it’s been a week never received my bedroom everyday I call they tell me a lie to get me off the phone. They took my money but won’t deliver my items . I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this place to order !!

Is the Blessed place and time glad they open up in our neighborhood and they got good service and theyre good people

Unbelievable I have been with them for 2yrs now and once I decide to pay them off I wont use them no more Customer Service is NONCOMMUNICATION they dont communicate with each other when you call then dont leave notes in your accounts which they suppose too. I have called corporate on them twice and communication skills are still poor. So sad

Honestly I dont even wanna give this store a star..costumer service is poor...and nonchalant towards alot of customers...I will never ever rent from rent a center again because of the experience I had with them. Good luck to everyone that goes into that store..

I have recently purchase appliances from this location (2018). They are very unprofessional, customer service is very poor, communication is non existent, and watch a associate behave very disrespectfully to an elderly customer. I will never NEVER EVER use this company again. Still waiting on a delivery U havent received yet and I paid a month in advance UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
