Positively the best experience. The clerks are so knowledgeable and helpful as to how to get a package to the destination.

*BEWARE*!!!!!! I used this DHL location to hopefully ship a package over to China, all for it to be returned back to ME! This process couldve gone smooth, if the lady who helped me with my transaction was more helpful and informative of what exactly needed to be sent.Also make sure you check your shipping label too, because they messed that up as well. This location has poor customer service overall and I wont be returning.

Price is very reasonable, delivery was much faster than expected. friendly service and they would help you suggest which company to use for the best delivery time and your best value.

Went there to send DHL mail, got everything done properly with no issues. Sometimes it’s busy and you have to wait, so be patient.

I had to ship something to Hungary and they had several options and were less expensive than UPS store. Will definitely use in future. As the workers are from Ukraine or Russia they speak several languages and English is good if you are not Russian speaker

Their international services just seems so overpriced and below average customer service. It was a take it or leave it type of deal. Not impressed.

One would think with a title Authorized ship center, they would at least be able to provide you with a receipt for a fedex express package. No, I was told by the lady behind the desk, across the room with the heavy accent to just place it there on the pile and they will pick it up. Mind you, the pile she speaks about is sitting directly next to the door that people walk in-and-out of and any package can be easily swiped. Maybe you should change the title to drop off location only, dont expect anything else!!

This place is horrible. The ladies over there they don’t even greet and they’re so disrespectful.

Horrible.. I left package there, overnight on Friday. I called Monday afternoon when I didnt see in system. He told me I have wrong tracking. Tuesday I check tracking and it is correct and now it is in the system shipped out. I check with fedex and they confirm, tracking woudlnt be in the system till pickup. So only conclusion it wasnt picked up till Tuesday, but they continue to deny it ..

Terrible service. I needed something sent to Italy. Walked in and was totally ignored for over 15 minutes and the lady was giving dirty looks. Three women in there and not one said can I help you? Walked out and will never recommend to anyone!!

It seems to be French, and the first time I went to the post office, I couldn’t understand other people’s chats. However, the service attitude is very good, especially there are many kinds of express delivery.
