Industrious has a fabulous co-working environment for all members. They have doubled down on cleaning due to the pandemic to ensure member’s safety, everyone is very friendly and helpful, but most importantly don’t forget the multiple snacks offered and their Thirsty Thursday specials are on point!

I have had a fantastic experience working out of this beautiful co-working space! The area is cleaned regularly, straightforward policies are in place to keep members safe, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the location cant be beat!

We have had our office at Industrious- Avenue of the Arts since August 2018 and love it. We are spoiled!The space is bright and modern. The Staff is always helpful and cheerful. We are a small office and it is great to have someone else making sure that things like printing and internet are taken care of without us having to think about it. Cafe has great breakfast, coffee and snacks everyday- all included- so we can have a pick me up and also bump into (well at least in non-covid times) people from other offices and industries to make our small office feel like a part of a much larger, diverse group.Rent may not be the cheapest, but when you figure in taking out the hassle of having to deal with any of the set up / maintenance of running an office space, along with the unlimited printing, coffee and snacks (and weekly happy hour!) that are always available, and having multiple size conference rooms when you need one, the benefits make it worthwhile.

Location is perfect for center city meetings. Staff is fantastic.

Industrious has been a great space for my company and team. The space allows me privacy needed to keep my company focused while offering open spaces and connections with other companies to network.Industrious concierge has been super helpful in connecting us to people that need our services and accommodating any needs we have. They often go above and beyond by offering free in office massages, juices on Fridays and weekly happy hours.I was very impressed with how Industrious handled our growth needs. As we add more people to our team and required more space to operate, Industrious helped us transition to a bigger space without the pains of moving.Everyday I look forward to coming to work at Industrious as it is a place that fosters companies growth while providing me with my own private space.

Working at Industrious has been a wonderful experience from the start. Its been a really great working amongst other companies and learning more about what they do on a day to day basis. Beyond the other companies, the Industrious staff is a reason alone to work here. They make sure everything is kept clean and are so helpful and nice. They provide coffee, bagels, pastries and more everyday and even provide cool events throughout each month. I highly recommend Industrious!

This place is fantastic! I take pride in being a member of the Industrious community. Thats just what it is, a community. The people and space are open, friendly, and inviting. I highly recommend this office space. The amenities are top notch (kitchen, phone booths, conference rooms, etc.). And Ive never eaten breakfast so consistently. Why? Because its provided every day! And the snacks, dont even get me started on the quality of the snacks. Awesome! I never miss an opportunity to show off my office to friends when we are in the area and Im not surprised by their jealousy. I highly recommend this place.

Industrious is the absolute best co-working space. We have an awesome Community Manager and her teams ensures we have everything that we need to make our work day efficient. Snacks are good, too!

I absolutely love working here at Industrious Philadelphia. Between the staff and the weekly events they hold, they really take care of all of the businesses that chose to work out of their space.I have worked here for two years now and have loved every second of it!

Industrious is a great neighbor. As a non-profit organization in the same building as Industrious, they happily let us use their space when needs arise. Ariel (Community Manager) and her office-mates go out of their way to make us feel at home.

One of the coolest office spaces Ive ever seen. Tons of wood and concrete building a warm yet industrial feeling atmosphere. The views are absolutely to die for. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall 10/10.

I really like this space. The atmosphere is the right mix of hip and professional and the managers go above and beyond. I told them I liked jelly beans once and they bought me a jelly bean dispenser...need I say more?

Went here for a networking event and it was beyond amazing. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. It also helps that the location itself is really beautiful. Ive definitely had a great experience here and I recommend for anyone to give this space a try! Also, ask for Ariel when you arrive - shes pretty amazing herself!

Industrious Philadelphia is a great office space. The vibe is great -- comfortable common areas, great light, and great fellow tenants. The amenities are also top notch, with legit breakfast foods and la colombe coffee provided. The Community Managers are super personable and helpful and are always quick to provide additional perks for being a member/tenant. This is certainly the best office space Ive had and would recommend it to any business.

Its a shared work space. I was only visiting so I know little. However, its modern, pretty, great views. Comfortable space. I could work there, which is the point right?

Wanting to get a solid understanding of the coworking market in town, I visited almost every coworking space in Philadelphia and even tried out a few for a test day. Industrious stood head and shoulders above the rest. It felt the most comfortable, had the most beautiful common area, was managed by the most professional and attentive Community Manager, and had the best vibe. Two months in, I’m thrilled to be working in my office at Industrious. There is a great mix of people and organizations here, and the services are excellent. And, as mentioned in other reviews here, the Industrious team is top-notch: super helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Industrious in Philly is a great environment led by an incredible staff. Ive worked in a number of offices in Philadelphia and New York City, and Ive also spent time in co-working spaces in San Francisco, and Industrious - Philly is hands down the most enjoyable work environment Ive ever experienced.

Phenomenal space and community for any small-ish organization needing an office without complicated leases, utility bills, furniture purchasing, etc.. Friendly folks, beautiful modern and light-filled space, and strong support from Industrious team to keep you focused on your work while they take care of facility needs.

Since stepping through the door at Industrious, my experience has been nothing but amazing.The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They always go out of their way to find ways to help the community here and pay attention to every detail. The space is always clean and organized, and the kitchen is always stocked with everything from free LaColombe coffee to tasty snacks to get you through the work day. I have gotten great exposure to people in industry-leading companies, from huge tech firms to innovative sole proprietors. The offices and coworking spaces are great for meeting clients over coffee and the conference rooms are perfect for more formal meetings and presentations. The space boasts beautiful 360 views of the city and sunsets are always a great way to end your day.Overall, this is my favorite coworking space in Philly. I look forward to going to work every morning because of the energy I get from the Industrious coworking community.
