If you are looking for a recruiter that wants to do the least amount of work as possible but get paid based on your legal experience, this place is for you. I went through 2-3 different recruiters who, initially, gave a great outlook on how SC could help in my job search. Then, a few weeks went by, and it was crickets. I would call the office and be told that my assigned recruiter was no longer my recruiter but I had been transferred to someone else, and on and on. Emails go unanswered for weeks at a time. Honestly, the recruiters are people with law degrees who couldn’t get legal jobs themselves, so they went into recruiting. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Called by recruiter. After coming in to the office, the recruiter submitted my resume to two firms. Around one week later the recruiter was no longer was at the company...and I was not impressed by the recruiter who took over. Was told a firm wanted to set up an interview...which never happened.
