As a lawyer you should know the consequences of verbally assaulting someone and invading their personal space to the point of needing to be physically removed. At a child’s playground no less. You support injustice and felt you had the right to physically and verbally accost someone else because of your views. Why would anyone want you as their lawyer? One look at YOUR history and a judge or jury wouldn’t even take you seriously.

I was represented by Mr. Godoy for a legal case about 3 years ago, and when I recently tried to contact him to continue with his representation on the same matter, after multiple emails, texts and calls he finally replied with a cryptic email: I am sorry. I am not accepting new cases at this moment. Best of luck. This was very disappointing, as he actually told me in the past to contact him if I needed any help on the same legal matter. I would not recommend him in case you are looking for a long term legal support, as he could turn his back on you at any time, as he did with me. I believe a professional attorney should be more responsive and actually care about clients when in need, if he wants to have long term customers.
