These guys are fabulous. My wifes phone died on a Friday night when she had an important business function on Saturday night that would require her phone. We went into Mr Fix first thing Saturday morning and they took a look, diagnosed it, and put my wife at ease. They told us it would be finished by 3 PM and for a rebuild like they did, the price was great. They even had the good sense to let us know they could replace the battery for very little money while they were in there anyway. So we went back at 3 PM and true to their word, the phone was fixed! Im giving them a 3 star, because he did do what I can for. I didnt like my last visit, because he had given me one price and when I got back it was a totally different price. I said ok, well I have a coupon for $10 off. He proceeds to say, we already took the coupon off. How??? When I didnt show it or made you aware of me having it. Then it was almost a 1 1/2 times the price more than my iPhone for an android. I felt like he got over on me. So I wont be returning. And that was my 3rd visit.

These guys are amazing! My MacBook Pro stopped working properly after an upgrade to Catalina OS. I brought it to Mr Fix at 4:30 in the evening and they upgraded my hard drive, restored my Mojave OS and all of my files from my Time Machine backup, and had it back to me by 10:00am the next morning! The price for the work and hard drive was more than fair and the level of service was amazing! Update: I put my phone case on it in the same manner that I always do and it cracked the glass a little. Plus the home button is a little loose, and doesnt always respond to me pressing it. However, they were fairly inexpensive and very quick. I was a walk in and it only took 30 minutes to replace my iPhone 6s screen (and LCD) for $59 total.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and my screen was replaced in an hour. They explained everything thoroughly, my iPhone 11 with new screen looks and works great, and it was slightly less expensive than going through geek squad or Apple.

They did a very poor job in replacing my laptops screen awhile ago. I took it back a few days after they replaced the screen because they didnt secure it properly and they said theres nothing they could do about it. Its been loose ever since. Im supposed to be able to use my laptop as a tablet also, but the screen will snap off if I try to rotate it. Nice people but poor quality work. Shouldve just taken it to Best Buy.

Went in to have an iPhone 7 battery replaced. Speedy service. Done in 20 minutes. We experienced an issue with the battery overheating and the phone shutting down. Called and took it back the same day and the issue was resolved at no additional cost. You won’t get that from Apple.

I went to Mr fix it on two separate occasions and was very pleased with the service and the price was very fair. The repairs were done quicker than I expected. After I was told the phone would take 20 minutes to repair, it took over an hour. When I received it back, it appeared the screen was installed incorrectly as it was raised. Not even two days later, my phone fell a very short distance from a couch to a rug, and the whole screen broke. I will have to take this directly to Apple for repair, which I should’ve done in the first place as this was clearly a waste of $75
