I was excited to try and work with this lawyer to get started with my LLC started. Based off of all of the great reviews I saw online, I was expecting way better service than what I experienced over the last week. I left two messages with two different receptionist and still have yet to hear back from this office.Unfortunately, this office is not good with returning calls or keeping appointments. A co-worker of mine and I quit our job and were starting different companies and she said she also had issues scheduling times with this office because they call back to try and switch the set appointment and then are late with you calling you back.I wish this place was more professional and organized so that all of their patrons could receive the great service(s) they offered in the past.For the owner, there is no need to reach out and try to reconcile now. I was patient with your office and was left disappointed. I did however find another small business lawyer in King of Prussia who offered a free consultation and has been helping me. Best of luck with your future clients and I hope your office management improves in the near future.

Sarah and her team have been great to work with as I launch my first LLC. They delivered exactly what I needed for custom contracts, handled all of the LLC paperwork filing, and helped with business planning. I feel confident that my business is legally protected. The prices were higher than I originally intended to spend, but I would not feel as confident with the cookie-cutter contract templates that can be found online.Aside from price, the only other reason I chose a 4-star rating is because they are a little bit disorganized. There has been confusion about whether calls are occurring on Zoom or by phone, meetings often start 10 minutes late, and I was handed off to a partner/assistant at the last minute when I was scheduled to work with Sarah directly for my last contract. In the end, they always deliver high-quality results and follow up to make sure Im satisfied, which is the most important factor to me. I highly recommend for the peace of mind that comes with a strong legal foundation for a small business!
