I appreciated Jeff’s approach to leveraging my ESCI assessment data along with learning my professional experiences and capabilities to inform coaching strategies. There were several benefits that I did not realize initially, which I grew to appreciate as different circumstances arose. One of the benefits was becoming aware of the influence I held with a number of stakeholders. Jeff would often remind me that I could take a number of risks based on previous performance. This aided my confidence in challenging others on a number of items. Additionally, Jeff supported my leadership development plan, which advanced conversations with managerial leaders. He also encouraged me to have more direct conversations, which revealed a number of leadership and communication adjustments I could make. Collectively, I think Jeff got a great sense and feel for me as a person and leader, which helped my professional growth in receiving several leadership assignments.
