Worse insurance company I ever dealt with after a driver took full responsibilty from a rock flying off the be of his truck they did not want to pay from my windshield Dennis Zuilkowski was very rude and unprofessional although I had proof and a police report he denied covering my windshield. Also his boss Jason Hull was no help either. Worse experience of my life
While company is a scam and fraud. Do not trust with your information.
This is the most unprofessional people I ever met if you ever have to deal with this company the best thing that you can do is hire an attorney right away they never return any of your phone calls and never answer any time you try to call them and they wont approve anything right away I sat with a broken leg for a whole month before anything ever got done and my doctor said I should have been in surgery that day when it happened and then denied me medication that I desperately needed. Kristie Padgett should be fired she sucks at her job. I highly recommend you get an attorney it was the best thing I ever did and things got approved right away.
Dont return calls, never got anything done on time. They are a terrible company and need to be looked at more closely. -10 score is what it should be. Im still dealing with them a year later to get what they owe me.

If it were possible to give no stars, than that would be the rating. Im sorry to report Im having similar issues as the other people who are dealing with the non-professionals from this organization.
They never return phone calls. They supposedly sent me a check 3 different times when their insured construction worker ran into me while parked. Have not seen it. They keep saying they can not certify mail it, so there is no way of knowing if they actually sent it or not.
Two months ago our car was rear ended by an ESIS customer. To date the Insurance company has claimed that the amount of time it took the Auto Body Shop was not acceptable and is not paying for the rental car. The representative Brianna Ford has not only been extremely non responsive but has not provided her managers information. This was a simple case where each step was followed properly on behalf of those who were injured and yet ESIS has no intention of taking care of the matter and instead is giving a run around of information. To date we have not received ANY documentation showing the law that says that the customer is responsible for the time taken by a repair shop to fix a vehicle. I will continue to write reviews until this matter is taken care of. If need be we will seek legal representation
Terrible!!!!!!! You can not contact them. My adjuster is out of the office when he is supposed to be there. Stopped my husbands death workers comp check right before Christmas, with no rhyme or reason. Not remarried, they visit me every 4 months to make sure I am still alive. I have jumped through every hoop they ask me to. You just make one call after another and no one can help you.
Wow! How is the company still in business!? After looking at everyone else’s reviews I can see that we all have the same issues with this company.I had my daughter’s iPad stolen from the Sheraton bunea vista resort in Orlando, Florida from the housekeeper. And after a month of dealing with them (FYI: DONT STAY THERE!) I finally get a claim number and thought the hard part was over. Was I wrong! Now I’m dealing with Esis insurance in Texas. I left MUTIPLE messages with the agent for weeks and as you guessed no call back. I finally contacted the supervisor then she calls me back and a week later denies my claim because I can’t prove I had an iPad with me. What was I supposed to do take a picture of all my belongings in the hotel room?? The “investigation” they did was asking the housekeeper if she took the iPad. Her response was “no”(of course!) even though in the report her statement was incorrect. She said she was in my room on Tuesday which was the day after the incident and I wouldn’t allow housekeeping in my room the remainer of my stay. The agent said that it’s probably a typeo. So I contact the supervisor again asking for the report from the security and he tells me I’m not allowed to have it because it’s their property. I explain to him that the safe was broken and it should be in the report because the security had to fix it the night he did the report and he said it was in the report so now they have to do further investigation to make sure it was checked prior to us entering the room which I’m sure once again the housekeeper will say she checked it and I’ll be denied again. Two weeks later still haven’t heard from them.So bottom line is they don’t cover ANYTHING!! It’s basicly your word against theirs.

The worst service. They Do not return phone calls, do not reply to my emails. I am still waiting for them to send me a check, it has been 7 months since the time of the incident. Matthew Lantieri would you reply to my emails please...?
Checks are never on time and always an attitude ehen you call and ask im 4hrs away from there but takes 5 days in the mail no direct deposit option get up to date
