If youve been turned down for property insurance and think this is your last resort: DONT turn to them! They are an UNFAIR company, not FAIR!!! They never sent us a letter expecting us to correct and fix things on our rental property, then expected us to have everything done in a very short amount of time. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this company. They WILL NOT work with you. We got away from them as fast as we could and got different insurance for our rental. There is always another avenue you can take. Do not take the path to them. I will report them as much as I can, so that other people do not go through what we have been through. As far as we are concerned, they should be shut down!!!
