This place is CLOSED. Their website let me schedule an appointment and confirm via email and when I got there, there was a notice on the door saying this location is temporarily closed.Very frustrating experience.

This place is the best LabCorp Ive visited, which isnt saying much BUT its actually one of the nicer labs Ive been to in general, and the neighborhood is lovely. Had a great person today who prepared me well in case I fainted (they had to draw a lot of blood this time), laying me down and making sure I felt well before leaving. Fast electronic check in, just great overall.

Went in for routine drug screening and was blown away with service I received a kind call from Tanya to come In Early so I did. Was in and out without 5 min. Rut I believe his name was so so friendly and guided me through process. Highly recommend this location. Not sure what the bad reviews are about but must go

Today, I needed to have my blood drawn for a test my doctor prescribed. As has been my experience in the multiple times I’ve used this LabCorp location, the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. In fact, this is the reason why I continue to go back to this specific LabCorp location. While l never look forward to having to do this task, it’s reassuring to know that I will receive good treatment and that the process will be reasonably painless, both physically and emotionally. I recommend this LabCorp for anyone needing to have routine screening work done.

I went for a drug screening requested by my future employer and it was a breeze, though I did go on the Monday following Superbowl. I went in around 12:10 p.m., checked in with the machine thing, got called seconds after submitting my info, and was out of there by 12:23 p.m. There was someone in the waiting room when I arrived who got called in after I left. Seems like she was there for something other than a drug screening and wasnt aware of those hours being restricted for those needs. Gotta check those hours people!The two workers I interacted with were quick and polite. I was mentally prepared to wait there for an hour after reading reviews, but Im pleasantly surprised with how smooth it went.

This place is the bane of my existence. I need to get drug tested every year for graduate school and every year it’s a nightmare. The hours for drug testing on their card say from 10-2pm. However the paper note on their door says from 10-1230. then their website says something COMPLETELY different. They are extremely rude and unprofessional about explaining any of their ridiculous hours. Thank god this is my last year because I will for sure NEVER come back here.

Wonderful customer service! Friendly, efficient, professional. I would highly recommend this location and will be going back for any future testing.

I’m with Adrian Rogerson who posted a review. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and have always at least had a positive experience, if not a very positive one. The decor of the place doesn’t provide the warmest environment, but it’s efficient and every lovely lady who has ever taken my blood has done so with a smile and a warm personalty. Try being warm and friendly to them and see how they (and all humans) treat you in return before judging your experience. Jerks are jerks, but I’m yet to encounter one here.

I also want to share my experience with this LabCorp location. I came to take a routine drug test for Employment and was immediately met with a rude and careless staff. They refused to give me a drug test during their operating hours (10am - 12:30pm). I arrived at 11:45 and they gave me a very phoned-in excuse as to why they couldnt treat me: Were just finishing up our last two tests and out system isnt working right now. Is what I was told. To be honest it was extremely unprofessional, and the woman working the counter clearly seemed irritated by me even entering the location in the first place. I was then told I should go to another LabCorps location. Which was super obnoxious after I had scheduled an appointment at this location, drove, found parking, walked to the location, and as soon as I enter the building I am greeted by an extremely careless and unprofessional staff. Unfortunately they dont wear name tags or anything so accountability isnt an option. Extremely disappointed. I know some people can be nasty in their reviews of a business, but this location has its poor reputation for a reason. Someone seriously needs to be disciplined or fired!

I dont understand the hate either. Ive used this office twice in the past 6 months and its been a good experience. Auto check-in is fast and simple, the staff is friendly, the facility is clean and spacious and its quick in and out. Ill keep using this location.

This place is great! Just ignore the negative reviews everyone. The staff at this location is friendly and offer great customer care. They work hard and are very busy, sometimes working two positions at once. I will always go to this location to get my lab work done. Remember to be kind to one another.

I have to go to labcorp 3 times for what should’ve been one visit. The first time I went I brought in my order and they did not do a blood test. I was unaware I needed one because it was my first time. I found out from my employers that they did not receive the results and only received urine results.I tried calling to see what was wrong, I called this location at least 6 times and on different days. They never replied so I had to go down for them to tell me I needed to come back again to do the test because they stopped doing the blood tests 10 minutes ago. They were rude and did not address my frustrations professionally.

Im not understanding some of these reviews. Ive been going to this location for the past 4 years and have ALWAYS been treated promptly and with kindness. My last few appointments only one man was working, and the poor guy seriously is efficient and and asset to your company, but he either needs a raise or help. Better? Give him a raise AND help, for he is doing everything! I have no idea how he can remain as professional as he has been with the load on his back!

Location was clean and mostly empty at 8:30am. Technician was fast and friendly. Check in process was quick. Definitely coming here again.

This place is great, I was weary bc of some negative reviews, but it surpassed my expectations!I went early Friday morning for a new employment ordered drug screen. I missed that they only do drug screens between the hours of 10-12pm.They were super nice about it, apologizing, saying their system doesn’t start up until around then.I had no problem taking a walk for a bit through Washington Park, enjoying the scenery, and even grabbing some coffee as I waited to go back.Once I was able to complete the drug screen I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Efficient, friendly, and great customer service.Go here for your lab needs!!

The employees were very friendly and followed COVID protocol well. Usually, bloodwork is difficult for me, but my technician gave me the easiest, most painless experience I’ve had!

Not sure what the hate is about. Went today for a quick general test, they were fast and efficient. How do people expect customer service at a lab corp is beyond me. its a testing center not a restaurant. The whole process took me just 15 minutes including wait time on a week day. 5 stars for a no nonsense swift experience!

I had to go for a routine employment test and had a wonderful experience. I was in and out in 5 minutes and the tech was nice and efficient. Unlike other testing facilities in Philadelphia, I was allowed privacy, a clean restroom and was treated very well. Im not sure why this place has such bad reviews online.

I had a good experience. Appointment at 9:00AM...they took me right away when i showed up early at 8:40AM...i was out of there before my appoint was suppose to start. The man at the front window for intake was nice and he was my tech as well...no complaints here. Easy

Like some other reviews have said in the past, LabCorp still has very strange hours. I came here at around 12:30pm expecting them to be doing drug screens till 2pm, only to be greeted by the sign at the door. Extremely inconvenient and strange practice, so take note of that before coming all the way.

Self check-in at the kiosk was super easy. I was in and out in 5 minutes. One of the fastest medical appointments I’ve ever had

There is ONE person running the whole show there. Kudos to him for all he’s doing. I hope he’s getting paid accordingly but my guess is he’s not for all he does. Hey LabCorp ~ HIRE MORE PEOPLE AT YOUR SITES!!

Easy check in, was in an out within 10 minutes for blood work. The guy at the front desk was really nice and more importantly helpful. Totally recommend.

In and out in 12 minutes for 2 people, fast, efficient and easy process....will come again if needed.

I read all of the one star reviews for this office, but I went there anyway since I was going to be walking by on 6th Street. The empty waiting room had a computerized check in system which took a couple / three minutes to enter my information and scan my ID cards. Once it was complete, the woman behind the window asked if I was done, and then asked me into the office by name. She asked me to verify my information, and sent me to Room 2. I waited there for about 10 seconds, and another woman came and took my blood. I was in the LabCorp facility in total, about 10 minutes.Everyone was very nice to me and polite. My experience was A1. Im not sure why all the bad reviews, but maybe this staff is new. They could not have been better.

Go here all the time never had a problem. You are in and out no less then 20 or 30 mins like it

Very difficult to make an appointment in advance. No website or link from employer to pre register and get an appointment to come in.I checked in at a kiosk after visiting the location in person only to learn that samples can not be collected past 2 pm. Had it been possible to make appointments more easily, I might have saved myself a trip. I don’t know why employers use a service this bad.

How don’t you have kits to draw blood tests for employment 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😫 unprofessional and bad customer service. And to make it even worse there’s only one person there at a time.

OMG these people here are super rude!!! The collector person name Tiffany Larue has absolutely no customer service etiquette whatsoever. She made no effort to say hello or even wanting to hold conversation. She displayed much attitude in her voice when she thought I was simply trying to take her pen from her accidentally. If I ever have to take another drug test, I definitely won’t be returning back to this location!

I love this LabCorp. I come here all the time. It is not as busy as the center city location. And people are nice here. Good service.

Getting the test done wasnt a problem. Minimal wait and staff did their job. The only problem was that the doctor never received the test results and calls to the lab did not result in a resolution.

Staff was on cell phone the whole time checking me in. They were wearing rubber gloves during the check in process, then used the same ones when taking my blood. On top of that, they punctured my vein so badly that I have a black bruise from mid forearm to mid bicep one week later. I still have not gotten the results of my test, even though they told me it would take two business days. Do not go here. Not sanitary, staff is not skilled, and you may or may not get your results.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Do Not Go Here! The rude and very disgusting women that work there have no way of acting or talking to people.. they need to hire more professionals and get rid of the trash, or just SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN! Bad Business....

I have not encountered such rude, unprofessional, people In a very long time. The absolutely only reason I left a star is because it doesnt allow you to write a review if you dont. They were rude over the phone and in person. I really dont understand how these people are still employed at this place.

I went to the location at 241 South 6th street. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and very efficient.

Be advised that they stop taking patients ONE HOUR before closing. The staff was extremely rude and refused to take me 45 mins before they closed.

This location has a very odd smell. Slow. Staff gave me someone else’s insurance.

Late for appointment 5 minute but they refused to even go through with it even though lab doesnt close 1 hour later.

The staff was extemely rude. I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes past the time I had scheduled. I had to leave because they said it was going to be even longer and I had other obligations (hence why I had made an appointment in the first place.)
