Saturday afternoon had a bad experience with New flow. Refuses to cut an African American boy hair after telling Mom that he would. Mom observed him taking new clients walk-in. When Mom asks? what was going on. He then responded he dont speak any English. but he had a lot of appointments for today. So why didnt he say that hour and a half ago. You didnt say that when Mom asked could you cut his hair. Nor where you busy at the time. When I ask how could he fix the problem. He said not his problem in Spanish.
