The place was nice. We had a quince there and the food was hot and delicious, it was clean and ready for us, and everyone had their temperature checked plus they took COVID precautions. I would say the only reason it wasnt 5 star was because the security had an attitude with me. her aggression made my night not perfect but she didnt keep me down because everything else was amazing.

Got booked to set up a 50th Birthday Party here and the staff was so helpful!!! This is a great venue to do any type of event..... Thanks !!!!

My friend had a party here for his birthday, it’s was nice...... If you are thinking about having a party, baby shower, wedding reception, graduation party go for it. They have three spacious rooms. I love the ball room very spacious. The food is so good. It’s in a great location, with some parking. Everyone is very friendly and the owner is very sweet. I love this place.

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is tasty and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we have a gorgeous time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The food was delicious! Well balanced and flavorful. Something for everyone. Me and my family came for brunch and it wont be the last time. Got a peak of their banquet/event space and it is large and gorgeous.

Attended a wedding reception here. Food was decent. Staff professional. I like the dynamics of the rooms. Enjoyed the food and the ambience. Tucked away in West Philly by Lancaster Ave but not too far from city Ave. would be great for events.

Recently visited Calabash for a Pre Mothers Day Buffet with several ladies from our Church...The atmosphere is very relaxing!...The tables were set nicely with linen tablecloths and napkins...The servers were very attentive...The buffet had a huge variety of dishes...Caribbean and American foods done to perfection!...The variety was outstanding...Although it was a buffet...the food was served to everyone...The plates were piping hot!...Coffee, tea and a variety of juices was offered...A delicious dessert table was available...I would highly recommend Calabash to all...

My brother had his wedding here. Very beautiful inside, main course at reception was also very good. The ppl seemed very nice and professional. Hope to make it to the weekend brunch i heard they have. The only thing I would complain about it not ever knowing when its opened or closed. But overall nice place. Hidden gem.

Attended a birthday celebration brunch there, it was my first visit. Food was buffet style, served with courtesy, decor,layout, ambiance all good, although one TV wasnt working so we couldnt watch the game from our table, and the music tape could be longer.The menu ranged from breakfast to dinner items, and had the good Caribbean flava,I was not disappointed.Theres also a Bar(with ample tvs), live band on designated days,and even a concert hall on the premises.

This place is awesome. The people are friendly, the atmosphere divine, the Jazz music on Tuesday nights is jammin, the munchies are delicious. Come out and hear some of the BEST jazz the city has to offer.

Jennifer and staff were terrific. The food was delicious, the music was simply amazing. Needless to say, I highly recommend this Restaurant to anyone who is visiting Philadelphia and is looking for a great place to have a delicious meal.

****UPDATE****Saturday July 20th 3:03amAwaken out of my sleep again from music playing so loudly I can hear it over my air conditioner. Definitely not an establishment that cares about the residence.*** Update***It is now 2:47 AM February 18, 2019 and the music is vibrating my windows. There is no possibleway this establishment can remotely be considerate of its neighbors playing music that loudly. Regardless of what police district she has on payroll this has got to stop.This place is an after hours spot disguised as a banquet hall. They play their music at high levels starting at 1am. They have No Respect for the residence that live in the area. The patrons try to park their vehicles in private driveways. Calling 311 or 911 means nothing because they will be back at it again in a few weeks. They should have this place in their neighborhood.****Edit from my 3am response ****Thank you for response unfortunately you never touched on the music starting at 1 am to 330 am last night. I will make an appointment.

Music was good. Seating wasnt really comfortable, menu was very limited. There was a ticket price to get in but you could get a complimentary beverage.
