I took our step Van into there shop with short notice. It had a power steering hose leak. They told me that it would be fixed till Monday. They understood that this vehicle needed to get back on the road and they did it. They found a new power steering line and had the vehicle up and going before the end of the day.I would recommend Pro Tech to anyone.Thank you for your hard work.

Joe was lying he said the job was a 3 hour job and his mechanic said that it was a 2 hour job. Not only he overcharged me on the perhour labor cost but also charged for an additional hour. This guy is very greedy . I will not go back there anymore and I do not advise anyone to trust him. There are many shops in the neighborhood that are cheaper and not as greedy as joe . Joe acts like a typcical car repo guy .Having delt with Joe I wouldnt be surprised that the people who gave him good reviews are his friends . DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE MOST LIKELY THEY ARE FAKE

Honest Mechanic

Pro tech has horrible customer service..they held my car for a week claiming they needed to order a part from NEW YORK. he never even had to order a part for a rear suspension that the car never needed after a second opinion. 1500$ he was asking for brakes and alignment. When someone else did the work for under 500$ and his mother is also very ignorant. Pro tech didnt even want to give me back my money when the work was never done. And he also made me wait a week for that.
