She was able to answer all questions, and even educated me on a few different topics including registration and title work. You would be foolish not to go here to tag work.

Great place to title and registration done

Been taking our car here loyally for years. No longer. A tow truck driver parked our car blocking their driveway overnight. We were not made aware of this until we spoke to the shop at 10am when they suggested we take the car to the dealership for the issue we were experiencing. We called a tow right away. A little after 11, the shop called and said our car had been sideswiped due to how it had been parked. We immediately called the tow company from the night before to complain as well as our insurance company who had arranged the service. My husband also called the police to get a report for our insurance claim. We show up and find our car perfectly fine. The owner smugly claims, well, that made you move quick. Come to find out he was upset about the car blocking his driveway (rightly so, but not our doing and nothing we could do anything about until the new tow showed) and lied to us so we would show up immediately. When I was clearly angry that hed lied to us, causing us to contact multiple people including the police, to file claims he said he does this all the time. Again, FOR WHAT? We didnt park the car and it wasnt running, so its not like our presence was going to change anything. I will never take my car there again. This is just not the kind of service I expect from a business weve chosen to frequent for the last eight years.

Were in a pandemic and it has been for All businesses Raising Prices like someone has changed the minimum wages. A run of funds isnt Up to abuse on your Own neighbors.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! I needed a new alternator and a brand new battery! This shop never replaced my old battery and charge me for my own old battery! They failed to replace the battery and Charge me $115. Please don’t call waste your money! THANK ME LATER!

Fantastic service!I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate one of the mechanics, Kevin. Kevin performed an inspection on my truck today and helped with a mirror issue i was having. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about my truck. People sometimes don’t trust mechanics because they’re worried they’re getting ripped off or scammed. Kevin is the prime example of what a mechanic should be. Professional, helpful, informative, and technically savvy. I was really impressed with him and left Cee Johnson feeling really good about the service I received. Good work deserves recognition. Car inspection 10 years strong

The biggest rip offs in this city, especially West Philly. They charge more than the dealerships. Overcharge for everything. Compare their prices to other shops and see for yourself.

The attendant clearly laid out the services and options available to me. He even helped me examine the pros and cons of selecting those options. This business also appears to be black run and the attendant openly expressed concerns about black youth. This plus the fact that he was fast and efficient prompts me to endorse this business.

Every encounter with Cee Johnson has been pleasant. They are professional, patient and organized. I even saved some money. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks guys!!

Was not impressed!!!! My car started overheating as my wife was driving home from work. This shop was along the way so why not give a local business a shot. Since it was almost closing time they requested the car be left, cool. After waiting patiently all morning for a call from them, I called at 1230 pm the next day to hear we didnt look at your car yet call back in 5 minutes ..ok🤔. I called back to hear a price quote of $1800 for a water pump, radiator and an O2 sensor? I immediately called the dealership to get a quote. The dealership quote was $1100 for the same job.....wait whaaaa? How is this shop charging more than the maker of the car? Everyone tries to steer clear of dealership prices because they are a bit much. But Cee Johnson seems to be exploiting people with exuberant over the top pricing because people might be lazy and not check around. Get several quotes from other people and placed when dealing with your auto needs, what they are doing here aint right

Great place to get your car repaired

Was told no diagnosis fee over the phone then once they had the car they said a 2.5 diagnosis was needed @$100/hr. They offered to do it for $150. The cost of the repair is not worth it. Having it junked. Was told there is a fee to get the car.
