Great experience! Derrick was so great and I love how he explained everything beforehand and showed me the parts that he was talking about. He got my car fixed up asap and kept me informed about what was going on. I know nothing about cars so I am always worried about being taken advantage of and Derrick went out of his way to be transparent, informative, and patient. The pricing was fair and he was straightforward about everything. I appreciate the great work he did and I will definitely come back for any future needs my car has.

Derek changed a transfer casing and brake pads on my 2008 BMW X3. He explained, step by step, the details of the repair that was needed. Derek and his staff did an excellent repair job, and the price was reasonable. I will be taking my car back for service.

I simply called them to get an estimate on how much a car inspection would be and the response was, okay youre gonna have to come in here because my boss isnt here and Im on my lunch break. My bad, I didnt realize I was interrupting your stupid lunch break from the other end of the phone. The guy simply couldve taken 5 seconds to tell me a price.
