Julissa, from Greggs office, has been helping me with my account for the better part of two years.There is nothing I have discussed with Julissa that she hasnt handled efficiently, professionally and politely. Professional doesnt always encompass politeness while being personable as well, Julissa encompasses all of the above.I have had 1,000 questions and Julissa has always had the answer. She has never come across as impatient or bothered. There was even a time I shot her an email while she was on vacation; when Julissa returned she reached out to me and apologized for being on vacation (apology not necessary, we all should take a vacation) and not getting right back to me.I also referred my friend Jeanmarie toJulissa and Julissa was able to answer Jeans questions and get Jean the coverage she needed for her car.Clearly Julissa is very conscientious and has an excellent work ethic. Recently moved to PA from CA. I called this office in advance and dealt with Bob W. He was very professional from start to finish helping my family to insure our vehicles. He rolled out the red carpet and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. I look forward to doing business with Bob again once our home search concludes.

Couldnt get to my SF agent because of bad weather so stopped here. Thought State Farm used company wide system. I was wrong. They dont. Thats MY bad. But when I provided policy number, agent realized THEY didnt write it and i was quickly dismissed! Attempted short conversation, but it was only about one step short of rude an I again was dismissed. WOW!
