Rob searched multiple companies for my best rate and explained the pros and cons of each, even though their main insurance company is Nationwide, he found me the best deal at a different company. He even took the time to explain how car insurance works, from tort to liability.Most important to me is that I didnt spend any time at all waiting on hold when I first called! Ferullo Insurance Agency has been very helpful in assisting me in selecting suitable home, auto and umbrella insurance coverages for my family. Their representatives are very knowledgeable in the evaluation of insurance requirements and selecting a cost effective coverage of my insurance needs.

Ferullo insurance did me extremely dirty. I was using them for insurance for my house and car. After their inspector looked at my house they said that some signs of water damage needed to be repaired (which I already had repaired.) After sending in the proof that I paid to have the repairs done and trying to reach out multiple times to make sure my proof was sufficient, with no response, I was dropped from my homeowners insurance. They didnt even return my phone call. Now I have to find a new insurance company.I think this is the worst thing you could have happen as an insurance company. I called 4 times and spoke to 4 different people because my rep would not return my call. Communication is key to keeping customers happy but more importantly informed. I would not reccomend using Ferullo due to the negligence on their behalf.
