Luis with Lowe’s in Denver did a great job. He was efficient, communicative, and left our new house and the areas he worked in very clean! We’re happy that we’re no longer breathing in decades and decades of dust! Our chimney was covered in cobwebs having probably not been used for decades and I refused to even open the fire place. After Luis’ cleaning I could stick my whole head in it’s that clean! Oh and it’s a great price! Highly recommend!

Lowe’s ( B. Hernandez) did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent. It now only takes one drying cycle instead of three for loads to dry. They were also on time, friendly and explained exactly what they were doing including showing me all of the lint that was clogging my dryer vent. Recently purchased a home in North Brunswick that was engrossed in dust, pet dander and dirt. Started having extreme allergic reactions and thought it would be best to have the ducts cleaned before we moved in. Called Lowes after reading their reviews. Received a very reasonable estimate and they were able to accommodate by providing the service the next day. Juan Ortiz was our technician and I must say that he did an amazing job! He was punctual and professional, even when I had him knocking on my door because I slept through my alarm clock. He checked the system and all of the ducts and explained to us what he would be doing and the task that was at hand. Definitely did a thorough job and provided before and after pictures to us to see the severity of the problem. Juan just left and I already am breathing better. We are so glad that we decided to service the system for our home and health and VERY satisfied with the job Juan provided on behalf of Lowes! I highly recommend Lowes for dryer vent cleaning!! I am so grateful to Belman for his professionalism, knowledge and efficiency in removing Lint from our dryer vent. We just purchased our home and it looked like the previous owners had never cleaned out the vent at all - massive amounts were blocking the vent to the outside. Lowes Air was the only company I found that uses both a powerful vacuum and a 4-wide brush to get all the lint out of the dryer. This is the method recommended by NADCA, making me wonder why so many others do not use this method. Jhordan came and was very polite and professional on a crazy hot day (I do not have air conditioning and the poor guy didnt complain at all). Lowes was not the cheapest company I found, but given that clogged dryer vents cause about 1K home fires per year in the U.S., it was well worth paying just a little bit more (and it really was only a little bit more). I highly recommend Lowes Air Duct Cleaning. Also, this is confusing, but theres another Lowes that does the same kind of work - and thats besides the home improvement store (at first I thought THEY were doing dryer vent cleaning, which wouldnt be that weird after all). This is the one at lowesair.com. I will be having Lowes come back every year.

The guys were professional and thorough. My only issue was that they wore their shoes throughout the house and never covered them with shoe booties as the website claims all their techs will do. But they otherwise did their job well without issue and were efficient.

Lowes kept in touch with me by email to remind me of the appt., what the technicians name was, and the service window for his arrival was just two hours instead of half a day. Belman, our tech, called me with a 30-minute ETA and he was spot on. He asked the right questions, took a look at all my HVAC equipment then explained everything that needed to be done before he did it. I appreciated that. He was thorough. We suspected mold in our ductwork but waited to see what Belman said. Sure enough, the pictures he took of our AC squirrel cage and drain channel said it all. Our ducts are clean as a whistle and our scratchy throats in the morning and evening are gone! I recommend Lowes.

We were concerned about our drier. It started to smell hot when on and we knew we couldnt get at all the vent area. They were able to schedule me very quickly. Mr. Rojas called on his way over. He was so kind and respectful. He explained every step and listened to us when we discussed our research. He cleaned all that he was responsible for and gave us pointers on what we should do next. The young man was on time and very professional. He wore a face mask and took off his shoes. He showed me pictures of before and after. The house sat with a squatter for a few years before a flip so the ducts were extremely dirty. The after pictures showed a remarkably clean furnace. I would definitely use again.

Juan was a great Tec. He came over for cleaning the air ducts. Was professional and didn’t make much of a mess. Took the time to make sure every vent was cleaned and took pictures before and after as requested. My returns had a lot of built up dust and pet hair from pervious owner after cleaning it looked new again. He answered any questions I had and knew what he was doing. Juan Ortiz was the specialist that serviced my ducts today. Arrived exactly on time, called 30 min ahead, as promised. He was really professional, and had shared when asked, that he had 18 years total duct cleaning experience (wow!). Wore booties in the house, and explained what he was going to do before starting. Finished the job in about 3 hours. My ducts were pretty bad before, as I had some renovations done. When he was done, they were clean. Super happy with the service and would use again.
