Carpet came out ok, I wasnt expecting miracles and none were delivered (especially as to an off-white carpet - a brown carpet downstairs came out pretty good).The technician was nice, polite, worked well and efficient (maybe too efficient, I was expecting a two hours appointment, it was done in a little over 1.5 hours, maybe a few spots could have benefited some additional attention?!). He did help out with moving the furniture (not sure whether thats part of the job or not, but it is appreciated). The appointment started almost an hour late, which didnt make much of a difference for us, but it was noted.I was sold some additional treatments which more than doubled the initial cost estimate. It amounted to some liquid being sprayed before the vacuuming, probably took some extra 5 minutes of work. Frankly, I cant tell whether that made any difference, the way the carpet looks it probably didnt. Buyers remorse?! No. If it was like $50 I wouldnt care. It wasnt worth paying more than double.Later edit:After the carpet dried, it was obvious that some spots were missed. They initially promised to stop by and fix it, but I never heard back.

Came to clean the inside of my AC ducts and I thought it’s just for breathing cleaner air but instantly after they left the heating just worked 10 times better in an area of the house where it barely reached before!Cleaning AC ducts is probably of those things you never actually do but man it’s was worth it and these guys were super nice and professional, explained everything, and then installed all the registers everywhere.

Called Neo for an dog accident stains in my living room, was able to get a tech come to my place with in 2 hours. The tech was very polite and professional. He explained the process in details without rushing.Im very pleased with the results the stain is gone and the smell is amazing. Highly recommended!

The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and careful in their work. Our carpets and area rugs look great. Just be prepared to let your area rugs go for over a week as it takes time for them to fully dry and be packaged up for delivery.

I had an appointment with Jeremy to clean my white couch that has ended up pretty dirty after getting a dog. While not all of the stains were removable Jeremy was super communicative & set my expectations on what was possible and what was not, and kept me updated as he progressed through the cleaning. Very friendly, prompt timing and super professional.

Didn’t know viscose rugs couldn’t get wet and needed to be dried immediately after getting wet - ended up making a massive stain on my rug trying to clean it. Called this company and they came out the next day to pick up my rug. They warned me it probably won’t look 100% after, but it looks pretty close to back to new! Very convenient pickup and drop off for area rugs. Really appreciated the technician telling me how to take care of it in the future as well. Definitely would use again

Ive rated this company due to my recent carpet experience. Now the people are very nice and friendly. However, my carpet in my living room; which brings Heavy traffic flows appeared dirty, in certain areas, after the floor dried! 😒 Other than that, the other services, Ive received; was the cleaning duct system an excellent service!!! We had a basement flood and NEO came out super quick and they were super professional. Jeremy was the best technician, was super friendly and got the job done. The next day when there was still some mildew smell, they actually came out again completely FREE OF CHARGE! These guys really are the best.

Called them earlier this week because my roommate is moving out on the 31st (Wednesday) and the new roommate is moving in on the 1st (Thursday). We scheduled a carpet cleaning for the 31st.Unfortunately after notifying my old roommate, they need more time to pack up and they cant empty the room on the 31st. I called this company back to cancel the appointment and found another company who can come on the 1st.The other company didnt show up so I call this company back to check on their earliest availability.Someone from this company returned my call but they sounds hostile. They saved my name and my number to their phone and they make me feel bad for cancelling the service before.Even though I cancelled gave them a proper notice, more than 24 hours in advance.They need to understand that things happen beyond our control and we should try our best to make things better. Not being bitter and being unprofessional about it.

Not the type of commercial grade cleaning that one would expect for the outrageous price and the description offered by the owner. If you actually want something deep cleaned, find another service, or go rent the equipment yourself.Update- weeks after leaving the above review and candidly telling the technician at the time of the appointment how disappointed I was with the rushed two hour cleaning (and despite paying approximately $800 without seeking a discount or second cleaning)— weeks later, and out of the blue I received a bullying phone call and hostile emails from Ed (the GM/ Owner) simply because of my review and not to better his business or to make things right.After admitting that two technicians were needed to perform the cleaning to standard and the representations that were made— he continued to hurl unhinged accusations. If you read the other poor reviews about this company, you will see a pattern of abuse.

I will let the pictures do the words. I called Neo Carpet cleaning and 1 of there guys came in the next day. They took all my sofa pillows to there office to get them cleaned and wash. After 2 days they came back 100% cleaned. Price was good, Im very pleased and happy. I will use there services again for sure. thank you very much :-)

Jeremy came to clean my two couches and area rug this morning - he was prompt, courteous, efficient, did a great job. He was in around 8 and out the door before 9. I have used the service once before and remember also having a fantastic experience. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I am moving to Philadelphia and I was looking online to the best companies for Carpet Cleaning I saw that Neo carpet cleaning have 300 star reviews and it’s made me hire them, definitelythe best service and high quality result they get one more five star review for me !!

First time the technicians came out they rushed through the job. When I went into the room I couldn’t believe the job for 180$ plus tax. They had already removed the carpet cleaning equipment from the apartment and I asked them to please clean it better. I spoke to the owner Ed about how dissatisfied I was and he argued with me and said they would come out and do it for another 60$. The same technicians came back to clean the carpet & when they were done they called me in to look. There was one spot I still wasn’t pleased with and I asked them to run it over one more time. The technician whom was very rude said No & he left. I would not recommend this company. Lastly, I waited for the technician to return to give him a check & he never did. I no longer live at the apartment and was having it cleaned for move out. I finally left and all the way home Ed harassed me for the money. I explained that they never came back for it and I would mail it to him. That wasn’t good enough, he demanded Venmo, Apple app, and cash app.

Highly recommend! Called Monday afternoon regarding a pet and roomba incident and they were here within the hour! Jeremy was very nice and informative. They were in and out in less than an hour. They removed stains and odors. After several hours, an odor was still lingering. They came back again today first thing in the morning. I spoke with Ed who may be the owner. He was very professional and was able to schedule our duct cleaning for the same week. This worked out perfect as we needed to turn the heat on in our new home after extensive sheet rock and hardwood floor work left the house filled with dust. They did such an awesome job!!We had our dog pee on our brand new area rug (3 times!!)... I tried to clean it myself (terrible idea) and while the stain appeared to be out (which I later found out was not really the case) it was very evident i tried cleaning the areas he peed on (see pictures: it started to have a bleached appearance to it).Well... thankfully Neo Carpets came through and saved the day! They took it away and did a pet cleaning on the rug as well as a color correcting on the spots for a VERY reasonable price. We are so so happy with their work!!! The contractor remodeling my bathroom accidentally left water running for more than 24 hours which went thru the floor to the finished basement below and made the carpet went and dirty. They called NEO Carpet Cleaning and they came out within an hour of being called to clean the carpet. The employee who came out was Jeremy and he was so professional and helpful and did an excellent job. We are very please with the service and will use them again in the future.

Very disappointed 👎 I called this company (Neo Carpet & Airduct Cleaning) and asked if anyone can come look at my carpet stains and give me estimate. But he said they will send someone once I order for a service. I placed the order and the guy came to clean the carpet. After cleaning some portion of the carpet, he said he is unable to remove the stains and I still had to pay $104.94 which is their minimum payment to come in. I called the General Manager of the company (Neo Carpet & Airduct Cleaning) and left a voice mail, but never got a call back from them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I had my suede sectional cleaned by Chris as a last ditch effort to save a very expensive piece of furniture. Chris’ work was OUTSTANDING! My sectional looks like brand new!!
