The H&R Block associate did an excellent job in preparing my taxes. I was extremely impressed by his level of expertise in preparing an extremely complex tax return. He really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done accurately and in a timely fashion.

Rachel is amazing, she take the time to dig deep for answers. She asks great questions to really understand my needs, and explains everything fully in a way i can actually understand.

Very poor service non willing to help veterans

Ridiculously bad service, the people working in this office are inept and rude. We submitted all of our information through an online link (provided by them) only to find out two weeks later that the person assigned to us no longer worked there. When you talk to the staff on the phone they have a disrespectful and belligerent attitude. We will be using another service.

Tax professional was unable to file a simple, one income source return without the assistance of a “tech”. Had to return hours later just to have taxes prepared improperly.

Well the fees for tax services have gone up, you charge for federal now so its not a sound option for me next year, but who knows things may change next year..
