This place is amazing and very friendly and organized. Everyone from the members to the employees are friendly and helpful. Maintain a clean and safe environment. And makes it easy for anyone to have a good workout no matter your level.

Absolutely love this gym. 24/7 hours of operation is so great. It’s always so clean and smells fresh despite it being a gym. They have great amenities and everyone is always so friendly here staff or clients. The bathrooms are great too! They smell fresh and you get a big bathroom with a personal showers. Definitely the cherry on top of this gym. Looking forward to getting more time here!

Alison Shiver was an amazing trainer. I was a part of her 6 week bootcamp that recently ended, and Im down 11 pounds because of it, and feel much more in shape than I was. They guide you through nutrition, workouts, and finding what works best for you, all while holding you accountable, and making you feel good about yourself, and help you feel proud of any accomplishment you make in your weight loss journey. I could not recommend Alison and anyone at anytime fitness more.

I just completed a bootcamp at Anytime Fitness and had the best experience. The coaches were all so friendly and full of energy and enthusiasm. Even when I couldnt attend in person I still felt motivated and accountable. I highly recommend training with these ladies!

Ive been a member here for quite some time and decided to try the boot camp. It was amazing! Alli and the trainers (shout out to Kayla!) are professional and really know their stuff! I had great results, lost lbs, gained muscle, and overall feel stronger. My goal was to lose my Covid/holiday weight gain and I did! I highly recommend the boot camp if youre wanting to kick start yourself back into an exercise routine and healthy eating or learn the basics!

This Anytime Fitness location in Phenix City is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of! My trainer Jim Ford keeps me motivated on my worst days! And the manager Daniel makes the gym feel like a home away from home! The entire staff always has a smile on their face when I walk in the door!

This place really is amazing. Ive been working out with Jim Ford for 5 years. We started out powerlifting and he got me on the competitive platform. It was an experience Ill never forget. Now, were working on bodybuilding. He calls me daily to make sure my diet is on point, and our workouts are hard-core. The mangers and trainers are friendly and so much fun to be around. You should really come join us!

You can tell he cares about his gym and the customers that are there. Great workout place with great facilities. Support staff is available and very professional in helping you use the equipment properly. Management is available to answer any questions you may have and is extremely capable of planning a schedule of exercise to fit your needs.

I was a member for several yearsAwful gym awful management 0/10. The positive reviews are more than likely incentivized since the owner will beg you to go vote or leave good reviews. He will even ask to use member’s emails so he can go vote and review his own gym. The owner’s kids run around the gym during the day. i have had multiple women tell me personally that the owner is creepy and makes them feel very uncomfortable working out around him. Some women have received phone calls very late at night where the owner is asking to workout with them. I have multiple friends who got pregnant and wanted to freeze their account while they were pregnant and the owner wouldn’t freeze the account. Also if you are military and try to cancel your membership with military orders they will tell you that the orders are fake and that you cant cancel. Ive had multiple members tell me they hate the quality of the equipment. It took this gym MONTHS to get ONE piece of equipment upholstered. The list goes on and on.

I’ve been a member of the Summerville Rd location for almost 16 months. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to workout. The staff is great and the members are like family.

One of the finest gyms Ive ever been to! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed and like family the moment you walk through the door. This gym is not intimidating like most. If you like me and have no clue what you are doing the personal trainers are AMAZING!! I have never felt so healthy and strong.

*******UPDATE 7/18/17*****************************After seeing my review the owner Daniel called me and apologized for me having to go through this situation. He said he wasnt aware of it which is frustrating because the person I spoke to said he was the manager and there was nothing else that could be done. WELL THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY A LIE. The owner quickly told me they would pull the account from negative standing and switch my family plan to single and take off anything additional so that I may be able to pay just 35 a month. THIS IS ALL I WANTED. If the manager who I spoke to had just given me the opportunity I would have never had to get so upset. Unfortunately it took a scathing review to get my issue truly resolved but I am going to give them another chance only because DANIEL was so kind and understanding on the phone.**************************************************************************I went to this gym and explained to the girl who signed me up that I was not sure about a contract because of my job she said if anything happened I could CANCEL my membership. After a few months into my membership I was let go from my job and when I tried to CANCEL they said they didnt cancel plans and I would have to pay the rest of the contract even without a job I tried to take the plan to single instead of family and they would not even let me do that. They were so rude to me and didnt even try to understand my situation now they have sent my account to collections for 1558 dollars which is absolutely ridiculous. These people are money hungry and dont care about their members. I wouldnt listen to anything they say when signing the contract they fed me any lies so I would sign. I wish I would have taken the time to,read all the fine print if thats the case. This is a ridiculously unfair place who doesnt care about how someone who is struggling as it is can afford to pay off a $1558 membership they are not even using!!!! I will spread the word to everyone I know this gym is a con just another money scheme.

Great Facility!!! Always clean and neat! Wide Variety of weights, machines, and Cardio equipment. Lots of space, so you dont feel cluttered. The owner and staff are awesome and very friendly. 3 Bathrooms, 2 with showers. All in All, a Functional Gym for all Fitness Levels!!!

I absolutely love F&D. I live in Columbus, so I was a member of another gym there. I started working in Phenix City, so I gave F&D a try because it is so close to work. I would not go anywhere else. The key goals there are about health goals and what you want as a person. The training is absolutely awesome. Love my gym!

From the friendly greeting that you receive when you walk in to the concern and encouragement that you receive as you are working out, there is no doubt that the staff wants to see every member succeed. There is a sense of warmth and welcome in this gym that Ive never experienced before. I know that F & D Health Club wants every member to be their very best, and they will do all they can to help anyone who has a desire to succeed in their fitness goals!

Wow, the facility is great! I am especially impressed by their fitness assessment room. You can go in there and have you BMI checked and it will tell you exactly how much fat and muscle you have on your body. This info is super crucial when youre serious about progress. The best part is they let you use it WHENEVER YOU WANT!!!! Really looking forward too all the progress I am going to make inside this gym.

Great gym. I love the ability to work out anytime. I often see their staff there at night cleaning up and taking care of the place. They also are always improving their equipment. I hate that I had to move away.

We are a former military family and we help our local community through volunteering and donating $25k to the local school system. We have a lot of military members that have come through our facility. We opened our facility 5 years ago in this area because there were not very many options to work out in Phenix City and we felt that because we have a military background we had the added experience of being able to make other military families feel welcome in our facility while working out. We also win all the local awards for fitness center, weight loss center, yoga, crossfit, 3 personal trainers and even tanning (Readers Choice Awards). We actually did three times the votes than any other gym in the Phenix City Columbus area.

Very helpful and friendly staff always willing to share their knowledge with you. Equipment is top of the line. The small group classes are motivating and my favorite way to work out! Would recommend Fitness & Development to all ages and levels.

Im a truck driver, so Ive been to a couple few hundred clubs. This one has an excellent layout, the equipment is in great working condition, a very clean and open-space feeling when youre inside.. I love the flooring vs carpet, Ive always thought the carpet was a bad idea and almost every club is carpeted.

Great staff and an awesome place to get in better shape and live healthier. I am very thankful for the knowledgeable staff that pushes me to reach my goals. Thanks guys

Average gym with average equipment. Cost a bit more than some gyms but its is open 24 hours 7 days a week and very clean. Friendly, safe place to be even after midnight. Can get a little crowed in the morning and after work hours.

I started attending silver sneakers in January of this year. It was hard at first but I reasoned this out and knew that it would be and push through it. My reason for attending was to become more mobile have more strength and staminaIt is now six months later and I am very excited about my goals of strength mobility and stamina. It has not been easy to fall into a routine or redevelop my muscles . If you want something bad enough you will apply yourself in spite of your feelings or emotions. I was in there Nov or Dec 2016.I felt it needed cosmetic cleanup.Some things were falling apart and a little dirty.It lack alot of machine I prefer from the big box gyms.I have not returned.

Fitness and Development is the gym that the Phenix City area needed! I am so glad I joined and definitely recommend it. The staff is awesome and a very positive atmosphere!

They outsource their billing. ABC Financial for the second time has taken a double payment. A mandatory yealry fee for maintenance not to mention their monthly membership fee of $35.98 for so so gym. If you call during the day most often than not you have to leave a message for the management staff to return call. I would go to Planet Fitness if there was one in Phenix City
