I called Tracy from the Nissan dealership because I felt they were trying to take advantage of my immediate need for repair. He listened and agreed to take a look at my car emergently. They even came in to finish work on a Saturday, just so I would have my car promptly. Not to mention he charged less than a third than headquarter Nissan was asking.

Ive had some repairs done by them over the last few years, and they do a good job. However, their ability to take on so many cars with a small space and very few mechanics is questionable.Update: 9/23/2019I went to have them check which of my fuel injectors were faulty. And it took them weeks to get to my car, probably because some of the vehicles they were working on were Classic Muscle. And they went and fixed it without letting me know first when I made it clear that I wanted them to let me know what was the problem before they fix it with my permission. My car got fixed, but Im disappointed they went and did without my consent.4 stars reduced to 3.
